After much research I found the vehicle I wanted last Monday at your dealership. I inquired online and Josh Hardwick responded within 15 minutes. Only problem, we live 100 miles away and couldn't drive d Monday at your dealership. I inquired online and Josh Hardwick responded within 15 minutes. He knew my biggest concern was the car would sell before we could make the drive. Josh even emailed me on his days off and on Friday morning he excitedly let me know it had not sold. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The finance team was incompetent and so was the Sales rep Jennifer Gladwell.
