Great Overall Experience!! I first went there to check my battery, when my regular Honda Service shop gave a higher price for checking battery. During that I met Conrad and he is really the most helpful Salesman!!! I had a great buying experience and got a good price for my CRV and good deal in this difficult time for the new Pilot !!! Conrad was patient and persistent and answered all my questions and got me a reasonable deal!! Thanks Conrad and Eric !!! You can expect more of my friends and family coming there for their Hondas too.. it is really worth driving a bit more to reach here 😀 More

They gave me a price that couldn't be be matched or beat. Eric Meyer in financing was amazing too! Both Eric and Eric were very laid back and really put any and all apprehension I had to rest and at ease! They succeeded expectations and made the experience great and stress free! More
They really tried to slam me. Had an offer online from the store for a Honda CR-V hybrid. They tried to refuse to honor the offer and claimed "that was not a contract". After hours of arguing they finally the store for a Honda CR-V hybrid. They tried to refuse to honor the offer and claimed "that was not a contract". After hours of arguing they finally had to relent and sell me the car for the full price that they had offered to me in the E-mail. Fortunate for me that I had the E-mail from them saying that all I had to do was pick up the car. I like the car, the people were nice, but they sure tried to rake me over the coals on it. More

Told him my situation and that I wanted them to just look at my credit and let me know if anything could be potentially done before submitting my application to the banks! Total opposite, they ran my credit and submitted to the banks without my authorization! And via text I advised him of this! Still no phone call or text advising or telling me anything! And for Ross not even bothering to reach out is bad service! and went on and had them proceed without my approval shows they lack of customer satisfaction or appreciation! So I wouldn’t recommend personally anyone here for service based off my experience but I’m sure others will be treated different! No Thanks, Chris Charles More

My husband and I were looking specifically for a black Honda Pilot Elite, and due to the shortage of cars had a difficult time finding one. We worked directly with Marissa to reserve a Pilot. She kept in Honda Pilot Elite, and due to the shortage of cars had a difficult time finding one. We worked directly with Marissa to reserve a Pilot. She kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, updating us on the location and availability of the car. We have a two year old and a newborn, so she understood how valuable our time was. As a female, I was confident and comfortable working with Marissa. She was never pushy, and worked to make sure we understood the process.
