They sold us a car with a bad engine, and we are into it $2000 in repairs. They also REFUSE to answer questions or help with anything after you've signed your paperwork. We have already gone through the hardship of a job loss, and a major car accident, and now we have to deal with the consequences of trusting Willey Deal, based on their reputation. Constant visits to the mechanic, and expensive repairs is a headache, not to mention we obviously overpaid for our car, since it was mechanically deficient. I will not go there again! More

Bait & Swithc!!! I tried to have Willey Honda help me with an issue concerning the A/C on my 07 Honda Accord. When I talked to the tech on the phone he told me to bring it down and they could tell me wha with an issue concerning the A/C on my 07 Honda Accord. When I talked to the tech on the phone he told me to bring it down and they could tell me what was wrong with it at no cost to me. When I got there the tech told me that they wouldn't even look at it for a penny less than $169.00 - Can you say Bait & Switch!!! If this is how they do buisness when it comes to service, I can only imagine what you get when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I will never use Willey Honda in NSL again and I recommend that you don't either More
My husband and I had researched the car we wanted online. When we called to ask about it and Dallas set up an appointment with us to come take a look. We really like that there is no haggling involved and not once did we hear "what will it take to get you into this car today?". Buying a car is a big commitment and it is important to feel comfortable and I believe Willy Honda understands that. We have purchased 2 cars at Willy before this and are very pleased. Thank You Dallas. We however are not a big fan of the after sales process where we get bombarded with extended warranties and add ons. Yes let us know its available but please don't make us feel we are idiots if we do not choose to buy these addition products. This process did not include our salesperson Dallas at all - we are very pleased with Dallas and the personal interest he took in us. More
What a great Dealership to have. We have bought (2) cars from Kathy Maddox: 2007 S2000 and 2010 Ridgeline. Both times Kathy was so friendly to us. If we had any questions about either vehicle, she was there from Kathy Maddox: 2007 S2000 and 2010 Ridgeline. Both times Kathy was so friendly to us. We are so happy to have her as a friend. I have recommended her to all my friends looking for a new or used car. This was the best car-buying experience I've ever had - BY FAR. After finalizing the sale of my gas guzzling truck on Friday morning, my parents and I went in search of a new fuel-efficient vehicle to save BY FAR. After finalizing the sale of my gas guzzling truck on Friday morning, my parents and I went in search of a new fuel-efficient vehicle to save my wallet. Our first two salesmen that day were very stereotypical car salesmen. I really LOATHE the deal or no deal game, and I was very frustrated. We walked away from one car that i REALLY wanted, just because the guy was a creep. And my parents (having recently purchased a Honda) insisted that we go to Willey Honda just to see what was available. The atmosphere at this dealership was 100% different. Our salesman, Chris Iarussi, was SO knowledgeable; not just about Hondas but every car I asked him about. He was very honest about the xxxxxxand con's of each vehicle. He taught us about things that we didn't even know to ask about, and he never (NOT ONCE) made me feel pressured. When he learned that my income was tight, he told us about leasing. At first, i cringed; leasing is a scary word. But he taught us in depth about the way leasing is done today, and about why it would be a good option for me. I appreciated that he made it easy for me to understand, and he was right! The three year lease is perfect for my situation. AND!!! for the first time in my life, I'm driving a brand NEW car in exactly the color I wanted! Hand picked, just for ME! Chris even showed me how to use a bunch of the features on my computerized dash before I left the dealership. Thank you for the low-pressure environment, it made the experience enjoyable. My shiny black 2012 Civic is so beautiful, and now I'M ONE HAPPY HONDA DRIVER!!! :) :) :) More
