From the time that I first contacted Tyler Vance in the service department, he was very friendly and helpful. When I physically dropped the car off at the dealership, Troung Trinh checked the problems out service department, he was very friendly and helpful. When I physically dropped the car off at the dealership, Troung Trinh checked the problems out that I had identified as the reasons why I was bringing it to them to be serviced and the Tyler Vance called me and we discussed what Troung Trinh had found out about the car. Tyler was very professional and explaind everything to me very well and was able to answer all of my questions very politely and completely. Tyler even called me to let me know when the work had ben copleted on the car and when I picked the car up after Troung Trinh had coompleted the work on it, the car operates just fine now and the problems with the car have all been addressed. Portfolio Manager Ryan Knudsen was very attentive to my needs and showed me those cars that would fill those needs. He went through a detailed explanation of the features that the various cars had to off needs and showed me those cars that would fill those needs.
