Honda Honda Honda I went in looking for a used manual Honda Civic. I was expecting to get something higher miles and older to replace my dead commuter. My sales perso I went in looking for a used manual Honda Civic. I was expecting to get something higher miles and older to replace my dead commuter. My sales person, Chester, ended up introducing me to a beautifully maintained 2009 EX-L Coupe with less than 27,000 miles on it. The price was right and Chester was great. I love my new car! More

I told him what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in. He was patient and listened to my needs. He was wonderful to work with and after only a few questions he knew exactly which car would work best for me. I honestly only had to test drive one car! It was the best and fastest sales experience I've ever had! I am very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend Devon to anybody looking to purchase a car. More

Don't buy used I bought a "clean" 1 owner used Toyota Venza with 16k miles as represented by both the ad and the salesman at Performance Honda Bountiful. It was al I bought a "clean" 1 owner used Toyota Venza with 16k miles as represented by both the ad and the salesman at Performance Honda Bountiful. It was already dark when we arrived for the test drive, but being a "reputable" dealer I trusted them when they said it was straight up. Drove fine and interior was ok and it passed the quick walk-around in the dark, so we bought it. Next morning I notice the shine on the passenger side doors is more dull. After looking closer, I can see sanding marks under the paint, I check inside the door jam and sure enough, body filler putty. The car had been in an accident and repaired. I told the salesman I was disappointed in their hiding the repair. He said his manager told him nothing they were willing to do. My fault for not being more thorough in the check over. They pulled a quickie on me and I'm the dummy. Car was used and sold as is, so my fault. True enough, I should have been more careful. I fell victim to trusting a "reputable" dealer and taking them at their word. Live and learn I guess. They will try and deceive you on a used car sale just the same as any other bottom feeder car dealer so be careful. Can it be said they didn't know? If they couldn't tell it had work done then they are incompetent. Which may be worse than dishonest. In either case, they offered no apology, no sign at all of remorse (other than the salesman saying sorry he couldn't do anything in a text). Which leads me to believe it is common. So when looking at a used car from here be just as thorough and careful (more so?) than when buying private or from a non-franchise dealer. By the way, CarFax was clean, so it was a non-reported accident and repair. There was non of the usual "buyer beware" red flags. More

Allan is who help my fiance I have bought two cars from this dealership and have dealt with two different sales representatives and both just amazing. Allan is who help my fiance and I this last time and he was just so patient, courteous, dedicated to not only help us purchase a suitable but affordable car as well. I have went into this dealership twice with low confidence and they (Allan) have turned my complicated situation to purchasing a car into a simpler and comfortable one. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a car from Performance Honda Bountiful and recommend Allan as well. They truly to prioritize their customers! More

Amazing experience! Went in on a Tuesday evening shopping for a car, once we got there Tom Poss approached us. He was the one I worked with before and he was still as friendly as ever, and he remembered me! We told him what we had come in to look at. We intended on an SUV however were open to other options. He took us directly into Dustin who determined where we stand on finances and budget. He was quick getting information and we were done in less than 10 minutes. He showed us an amazing car, but it didn't suit us too well. Tom was super quick to show us some other options that fit our preferences and we were sold. He then sought out financing for the car of our choice and came back super quick again. All together the experience was great, we didn't expect to come home with a great car that day. They made it work and the experience was unbelievable. I can't wait to return, these guys are great! Tom and Dustin took really good care of me.! More
