I have to tell you that I am a customer and a customer for life. I walked in not looking forward to needing to buy a car (hopefully my last) and I ran into a salesman right away. Tall kid with a great smile. I told him of my concerns and rather than tell me what I needed he just listened. Unlike other experiences I've had. I kept thinking how does this kid make money he's too easy to work with! I am a Vietnam vet and have a hard time walking. This young man drove me around the entire lot pointing out options and going over all the things that were important to me. After deciding on a vehicle he worked out figures for me that stayed within my budget and as a retired vet a budget is everything. I've since loved my car. I have been contacted by Mr Donny McCurdy nearly every month ever since. He even called to check up on me after my heart surgery, not a single mention of a vehicle. He told me he no longer sells cars himself but would always be there for me. This man deserves recognition and a big thank you from me. More

Allan spent a long time (over 2 hours) showing me the features of the Civic and Accord without ever disparaging other makes. I felt that my needs as a consumer took precedence over his needs as a salesperson. I never felt pressure to buy a car. A week later when I decided to buy an Accord and returned to Performance Honda, the purchasing process was easy and I felt valued as a customer, despite the busy holiday weekend. Again, I did not feel pressured to buy add-ons that I was not interested in purchasing, and the team found the car I was looking for at another dealership and transported it for me. We completed the paperwork, finished the financial details, and took our cars home in very short order. Our agreed upon prices were followed to the penny with no surprises.
