Stereotypes a Reality I knew my review on their site would be pulled down as they only post positive reviews. They treated my wife horribly. Go elsewhere. We called ahead to schedule an oil change and to arrange a shuttle as my wife had an important meeting to be at. When she arrived they told her the service would be done in less than 30 minutes and that she wouldn't need the shuttle. After 30 minutes she asked the status of the service and they couldn't find the ticket. Then they couldn't find the car! Then they said it was being washed (it was never washed). Then they tried to tell her she asked for synthetic at $62.00 which was not true. She held her ground that they finally admitted they had no proof that she asked for anything other than a standard oil change. She missed her appointment. No sorry, no consideration, no nothing from this place. My wife felt that they were trying to take advantage of her assumed lack of mechanical expertise. They were wrong. Too bad. I expected better from a Honda dealer. More
