Great service, even when things didn't go as expected I brought my Odyssey in for a recall and it had to do with the gear shifter. Sergio was very personable, friendly and helpful. When we got home, we we I brought my Odyssey in for a recall and it had to do with the gear shifter. Sergio was very personable, friendly and helpful. When we got home, we weren't able to remove the key from the ignition. I called Sergio back and he apologized and had me bring it back in the next morning. They fixed the problem in about 45 minutes and washed my Odyssey for me. Sergio made sure we were taken care of and I appreciated that. Thanks Sergio. More

Excellent service I bought CR-V at Performance Honda Bountiful around 2015 Christmas time. I went there to look for year end deals, and actually planning to visit their I bought CR-V at Performance Honda Bountiful around 2015 Christmas time. I went there to look for year end deals, and actually planning to visit their competitor in town, but I was very pleased with their sales (Sergio Hernandes), attitudes, professionalism, so I decided without visiting the competitor. Great shopping experience!! The was the first service was taken care of by Sergio Perez for window tinting, and immediately noticed their service is also top notch! Recently I came to the first maintenance check up and Hailea Thames's professionalism was excellent! Performance Honda has excellent service I went to Willey Honda to purchase my Pilot because I trusted both Honda vehicles and the Willey Honda dealership. Then there were glitches when Perf I went to Willey Honda to purchase my Pilot because I trusted both Honda vehicles and the Willey Honda dealership. Then there were glitches when Performance Honda purchased them. Records were lost, but Performance Honda stepped up and performed service based on my word without the documents. Then, they covered a BIG repair even though it may not have been on my previous agreement. And they did a great job and really took care of me. I will continue to go out of my way to get service there instead of going to a closer location. They earned my loyalty. More
