I felt like she really cared about my concerns. I test drove 4 different vehicles from different makes of autos. Sabria was knowledgeable and patient through our decision making process. kevin Burns was excellent to deal with. Kevin was very resourceful in sourcing a vehicle coming into Pocatello and had the pocatello dealer to drive it to Bountiful saving us transit fees. The price of the vehicle was the best in the area and the negotiating process was hassle free because the internet price was the price of the vehicle, no upcharges. More

Best Car Buying Experience We Have Had We had done much research prior to our visit to Performance Honda and had decided on the vehicle we wanted. Other dealerships we went to treated the experience like we were buying something simple rather than it being a real expense to us. When we asked questions, or suggested waiting until they got a vehicle in that we felt we wanted to buy (color, options, etc.), they decided we weren't serious about a purchase and seemed to lose interest in us as a customer. Kevin (at Performance Honda) spent time with us answering questions. He was well versed on the vehicle we had decided on and never did use any "high pressure" tactics on us. We felt we were in control of our purchase decision. Kevin gave follow-up calls to find out if we were satisfied with our purchase, if we had any questions, or if there was anything regarding the vehicle we needed help with. More

Very dishonest I was having some leaking on the front floor board and alarm problems on a 2009 pilot. I took it to the dealership, paid to have it diagnosed. The I was having some leaking on the front floor board and alarm problems on a 2009 pilot. I took it to the dealership, paid to have it diagnosed. The diagnosis was replace the window seal for $700.00 a door... The problem with the alarm took 2 days to fix and wasn't a cheap repair. I opted to not have them fix the leak because it was such a costly repair and took the car somewhere else. The other place I took the car, fixed the problem (which had nothing to do with the door seal) for $80.00. I then started having electrical problems with all my locks, lights and windows. I took the car back to Performance since they were the ones that fixed the electrical problems to begin with. They informed me that the problems were not their fault and in order to fix them it would cost upwards of $400.00. I wanted to give them a chance to be honest and make right the repair, but wasn't willing to pay that kind of money especially since they had just worked on the electrical a few days prior. I took the car to the other place and they fixed the electrical problem for free. When I confronted the service dept explaining my frustration on the misdiagnosis and the costly repairs that ended being very cheap some place else, one of the techs came out and told me since the car had been in an accident (in 20011) I can not expect to have things work right. I laughed and said that I did expect that, and further more being the dealership you should know the problems a little better since all you do is work on Honda's. NEVER again will I visit this dealership for any reason at all. I own 5 Honda's and will drive an hour away if I need a dealership. Steer clear and save yourself some money and stress and go somewhere else. In fairness Travis did refund my diagnosis fee the first go round and was pleasant to work with, but my feeling is still that this dealership is dishonest. More

I went with Honda for expected maintenance (Timing Belt package and Valve Adjustment) however the price quotes were over 200$ different when I paid. I had all my children with me and a multiple page invoice so I felt flustered to go over everything there, but felt pressure to pay on the spot. I discussed the invoice in detail with Hailea Thames at home over the phone, she was very nice, she told me that she made a mathematical error and was sorry for the incorrect pricing. Honda wins in the friendly department, everyone was very nice, but a company with integrity would have made the price adjustment right, not just apologized. I feel like I can't trust Honda anymore after my experience. More
