It may sound strange, but I even appreciated seeing the Sales Manager's family coming in to join him for a quick take-out dinner. We also came in with a rate assumption from America First of 3.5% and Shane, the Finance Manager, went out of his way to find a better rate to match and beat our assumption. A great team made for a pleasant experience and we were treated very fairly on price of new vehicle as well as trade-in. My only feedback would be the hours it takes to get the whole process done. It made for a very long afternoon and evening. Overall, you guys are great! Thank you! More

One thing that sets him apart was that he had all of the cars that I had told him we were interested in washed, lined up, and ready to test drive. He got us the best deal that we can get without a lot of haggling and back-and-forth. When we first went in to sit down and he had to go talk to the manager, I thought oh great more of the same. However, he came back with pricing summary’s for the two vehicles that we were looking at that were detailed and very competitively priced. We left to go drive cars at different dealerships and there was no pressure or statements like “if you walk away now we know you won’t come back so tell us how to earn your business“. Just the opposite in fact. We actually went back twice and finally decided to go with one of the two cars that Landon had originally provided pricing for. Each time we went back, Landon made statements like “ just be sure to get the car that you want.“ More

I priced a Honda CR-V in my home town but there price was just to high considering i was offering a trade in . They just weren’t willing to talk. I called Performance, more than an hour away and told Colin what i was looking for and the price i wanted to pay, well, he listened. Incredibly within a couple of phone calls he got me exactly the car and the price i was looking for. Unheard of , that a salesman would go this far and beyond for someone on the phone, but he did. I drove down to bountiful , traded in my car and picked up the new one, NO Surprises!! Well, one surprise, the amount of time Colin spent going through the car with me. He didn’t rush and made sure i knew how everything worked and even programmed a couple of things in the car so I wouldn’t be fumbling with it. The whole of Performance Honda i find outstanding. Everyone i have dealt with there could not have been nicer or friendlier. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to everyone. More
