Unresponsive Managment team I’ve bought several cars here. 4 in the last 5 years. My last experience was not good and because of this I will never buy a car here again. I needed I’ve bought several cars here. 4 in the last 5 years. My last experience was not good and because of this I will never buy a car here again. I needed a four door, I went in late and was there until 9:30 signing docs. I was asked if I wanted an extended warranty, which I was unsure about. I specially asked if I got it and changed my mind if could I remove it? They said yes quickly and did not say anothe word. 7am the next morning I had called because I did not want it anymore. In fact I was thinking of getting a new car instead of used and told them to put a hold on pushing my car loan to financing. I spoke to a sales guy, plus left a message fo Shane in the financing department. I still hadn’t even picked up the car yet. When I got there later that day to figure out what I wanted to do. It was “too late”.... he pushed the loan through with the extended warranty. I was told I had to wait 6-8 weeks. That was back in January!! I’m still waiting for them to refund my extended warranty, Shane has NEVER returned my ONE call. I’ve called several times and only once did the manager call me to follow up in April after I left several complaints. It is now June and they still have not made this right or called me or given me any follow up. this is xxxxty service More
