EXCEPTIONAL NEW CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I must admit that I was hesitant about coming to this dealership after having a bad experience in 2013 (under different management and ownership). I w I must admit that I was hesitant about coming to this dealership after having a bad experience in 2013 (under different management and ownership). I was not only pleasantly surprised but elated over the new car purchase process I experienced at Performance Honda. I was taken care of by Scott Blamires, Sales Consultant, who exhibited an enormous knowledge of my new vehicle, commensurate with long time veterans of the car business, only to find out he had been in this job and field for a very short time. This just reinforced to me his focus and commitment to his new career. It didn't stop here. I was introduced to Ron Henson, the new General Manager, who not only assisted in my car purchase process, but personally introduced me to the Service Dept. Manager, Jordan Summers. I was taken to the service facility to see first hand the expansive, well organized, and clean facility. I was also introduced up front to the Used Car Manager, Rob Edmunds, who provided an excellent trade in value for my current vehicle. He was very accommodating, personable, and ready to help out in any way. My paperwork and purchase documents were taken care of with ease by Cameron Pringle. Lastly, I met Bright Okosun who exhibited an incredible source of customer focus and energy. Overall, I can't think of a better car buying experience in my life.
