Employees at this dealership were all very friendly. I received a fair price for my trade-in. the Toyota Avalon, that I purchased was not very clean when they delivered it to me. First of all, we were referred to Performance Honda by Costco's car buying service. I can say that Tyler was great to work with, but their finance department was slow to get the payoffs for our new car an Costco's car buying service. I can say that Tyler was great to work with, but their finance department was slow to get the payoffs for our new car and our trade-off sent in...and in reality, I am still in the process of getting our trade-in paid off....almost 2 weeks later. Also, the bumper on our new car was damaged in transit (after a 3 month wait), and this resulted in another 11 days in the shop before we actually took possession of the vehicle. It took them 3 tries to get the vehicle up to par along with several odd internal issues that needed fixed. So, after my experience, I would not shop here again, not even on a bet! More

Dealership threatened to repo vehicle 5 days before Christmas due to their mistakes: I have bought new vehicles from performance Honda in the past but my lease buyout experience was so poor that I w Christmas due to their mistakes: I have bought new vehicles from performance Honda in the past but my lease buyout experience was so poor that I will not be going back nor can I recommend them to others. I had a vehicle with a lease that was set to end June 2022 and I decided to buy it. Long story short, they ended my lease (that was paid through the middle of January 2022) before the credit union had processed my loan. They then proceeded to call me daily, demanding the check and telling me to call the credit union and "apply pressure" to speed up the loan process. The Monday before Christmas an employee (that we did not work with) called my wife and yelled at her then proceeded to threaten to repossess the vehicle. This was all within a 2 week period. More

If there was a minus start rating, this dealer would get a -5. They advertised this vehicle at $ 18,550.00 on 9/08/21 (have copy of posting); on 9/08 I gave them a $500.00 security deposit required to hol a -5. They advertised this vehicle at $ 18,550.00 on 9/08/21 (have copy of posting); on 9/08 I gave them a $500.00 security deposit required to hold the vehicle because I was an out of state buyer. They raised the price to $ 19,665.00 and never send me a notification until 9/13/21 when I finally received the Purchase Agreement. I requested to have the Purchase Agreement reflect the $ 18,550.00, I was told the original price was "As Is", which was never disclosed on the original listing, never posted pics, they emailed me just a few pics, none of them disclosing bumper damage; keep in mind this was a lease option, last I check the lessee would have been charge for this damage, tires show more than 9k wear. Bottom line we took the car "As Is", I had a lot of time invested in looking for one that would have met my needs, and I had taken time off work to drive out of state to pick it up. I would never recommend dealing with this dealer, specially to out of state buyers. We have purchased several vehicles through the yrs and have never run into such dishonesty. I wish I had done some checking on this dealer. More
