Historically, when I purchase a new car, I really need to push very hard to get a good price as I do my research and know what is a fair price to expect. At Performance Ford, I immediately received a price push very hard to get a good price as I do my research and know what is a fair price to expect. At Performance Ford, I immediately received a price quote online for a specific car that I chose (most dealers will not list all of their inventory and publish a discounted price online). After visting the dealer and taking a test drive, Doug Ryan (salesman) was were very willig to work with me and gave me an even better price. After agreeing on a price, they didn't even give me a hard sales pitch on the extra add-ons such as extended service plans, rental coverages, etching, wheel/tire insurance, etc. They explained the pros/cons of each and respected my decisions without any hassles. A pleasant experience with very respectful service. Further, Brian Telesz was excellent in setting up the Sync system and walking through the "bells and whistles" with me, which is an added plus. It should be noted that I work and live over 30 miles from this dealer. I did not find the same price at Ford dealers much closer to home/work. It was work the trip! I'd definitely recommend Performance Ford in the future. More
