Custome service is still alive in the car dealership world! I had a wonderful buying experience at Performance Ford with Ed Rodriguez and Ed Zalenski. I leased a new vehicle and from start to finish the service was friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured or intimidated in any way while I was at the dealership. I really appreciate the patience of the entire team. I had a lot of questions and I feel that everything was explained to me so that I understood it. My phone was synced and all the features of the vehicle explained in detail by Joe Boscarino. He helped this un-tech savy lady understand all the features and feel confident in using them. Phil Kennedy was fast and efficient with my paperwork. He answered all my questions and was very personable. Thank you to the whole staff for making this an easy and stressfree purchase. More

The Sales Rep. Brian was very friendly and helpful. We reviewed every option that I wanted for a new car utilizing a Trucar.com price. After Brian's many trips back and forth with Management we struck a reviewed every option that I wanted for a new car utilizing a Trucar.com price. After Brian's many trips back and forth with Management we struck a deal, and put 10% down. We left with an agreement in hand and was awaiting a call back for the car to be ready. At this point I was really happy. After receiving the call for the car to be picked up, I went in to pick it up and that is when the shenanigans started. We were directed to the Financial manager Phil. Who starts to write up the finance program and tried to change the price back to MSRP. Additionaly, he did not want to give the 0% financing. Both of which was agreed upon when we gave our deposit. After 2 long hours of argueing with Phil and the Sales Manager, they agreed to the price originally signed on. Next we spoke with Joe, who was a breath of fresh air and he spent plenty of time explaining the cars features. He even connected our phones to the car. I left with the car. Again, thinking I got a fair price despite the hassle. Now I was awaiting tags, an extra key, and all weather floor mats (which was in the trucar price). After 4 weeks I get the call to come pick up the tags etc... Upon arrival they inform me that Brian was no longer with them and they assigned me another Sales rep. He directs to parts and service to pick up the floor mats and he went to put the plates on my car. Parts and service had no order for the all weeather floor mats and after 30 minutes of stalling tell me that I need to go speak with the Sales manager. The Sales manager plays dumb and states that the floor mats were not part of the deal and continues to tell me that the deal I got that they lost money so there was no way he was giving the me the mats. Phil was also standing there, also playing dumb. So here I go again. After 5 minutes of arguing with them I decided to leave as an unhappy customer with out the agreed upon all weather floor mats. So for $125 floor mats they were willing to send me on my way pissed off. I would never send anyone I liked to Performance Lincoln Ford in Randolf New Jersey they (Phil and the Sales manager) are sham artists and liars. The sales manager who had to approve every $ agreed upon in the original deal had the nerve to blame the sales rep. and say that is one of the reasons why Brian was no longer with them. As if Brian had the authority to approve pricing. So the sales manager insulted my intelligence. This is a shame because Ford is a great product but having to deal with those 2 made me think is it worth it. More

My lease was expiring so I had to turn in my vehicle. I had been searching around for awhile looking for a particular pre-owned vehicle and I saw this dealership had 2 of them. I contacted Clark through t had been searching around for awhile looking for a particular pre-owned vehicle and I saw this dealership had 2 of them. I contacted Clark through the internet portal and he was able to answer some questions and set me up with Phil for my test-drives. While on the road with him, he answered all my questions and was quite knowledgeable of the vehicle and its options/features. After driving both vehicles Phil was able to work up a great deal that I couldn't pass on. His professionalism was great and I would recommend him to anyone. Seth was honest and straightforward with the financing and additional coverage options. While I was reluctant to get an extended warranty due to price, ultimately I decided to get it regardless of the pre-owned vehicle being certified. It's that extra piece of mind which one can't argue with. Joe helped out in the actual delivery of the vehicle, setting my phone up to work with the system, walking me through all the options/features in more detail, pointing out switches and how to do certain tasks as well. Everyone was a real pleasure to deal with; I don't feel like I was taken advantage of and to be honest, that's the biggest concern going to a dealership. More
