I have been leasing Mercury cars for several years, most recently a Mariner. I went to this dealer through a casual acquaintance with Tim. I told him what I was paying presently and that I wanted to keep recently a Mariner. I went to this dealer through a casual acquaintance with Tim. I told him what I was paying presently and that I wanted to keep payment about the same as had or less. Escape XLT AWD was comparable to model I was driving although price was significantly higher. After discussions, we got a little closer to what I wanted to pay although still feel I maybe could have done better. Delivery of the vehicle was a very long process with finance and business managers all involved in process. The person who gave the final run through of the vehicle as to features and operation of equipment, etc. was absolutely great. Tim was very thorough on followup, including chasing down my EZ Pass which I had left in the trade-in; Thanks! Have not used Service yet, although I was introduced to the Service Manager on delivery of vehicle. More

It was time to return my Ford Edge as the lease had ended and I had decided to lease a different brand this time. Because I was not leaving with another Ford, I was treated like a second-class citizen. Mr. and I had decided to lease a different brand this time. Because I was not leaving with another Ford, I was treated like a second-class citizen. Mr. Whorley didn't even introduce himself or greet me or my family as he asked for the keys to my vehicle. We then sat in the showroom, which seemed like an eternity, because not one salesperson nor the so-called receptionist even nodded at us, while he took the plates off. When he finally returned to the showroom, he again did not address me by name but beckoned me to follow him to a desk where he proceeded to complete the necessary paperwork. Once it was completed, he sent me on my way. How rude and unprofessional! If I consider leasing another Ford in the future, it will not be from this dealership! More
Very disappointed in the treatment we received at this dealership. We put down a deposit and still 40 days later have not had the deposit refunded, have made multiple calls and constantly get the run arou dealership. Sales associate was friendly and educated about the vehicles. He did a good job helping us find the right model at the right price. But the finance process took 6hrs! And there was no where to comfortably sit and get snacks. We ended up leaving wit our daughter for dinner bc it was taking too long. So I would say that it is not family oriented. Also when we called while at dinner to speak with the sales associate to get an update, the receptionist rudely said that she had another call and hung up. Ok we are a paying customer (or we could have been a possible customer for all she knew) if we weren't hours into the process I would have told them to scew themselves and left. Definitely will not be taking car there for service. More

This dealer does not support warranty work as it should. They are out to take your money rather than work with customers to repair new vehicles with problems. They held documentation that we had warranty repairs to be made (their OWN receipt for an ordered part) @ 18,000 miles but when we could not return in a timeframe that fell within the warranty to have it installed (due to our child's critical medical issue) they informed us that it would no longer be covered. The best they would offer is 20% off! These guys are EXACTLY what is wrong with the US auto industry. More
Performance Ford is terrible! I always went there when it was Trebour and they always did a great job and made me feel like family. I was devistated when I found out that Trebour closed, but when I was due f was Trebour and they always did a great job and made me feel like family. I was devistated when I found out that Trebour closed, but when I was due for an oil change I decided to keep an open mind and try out Performance. I went there and they charged me $64 dollars, didn't even do the work they said they were going to do, and they removed my Trebour plate frames and replaced them with theirs. My oil was over 1 quart below the full line, my tires weren't rotated, and none of my fluids were even topped off! They tried to tell me that "Hey, at least your car looks clean!" (Meaning they did a xxxxty job vaccuuming the inside, and the outside was untouched) What is better...having a car that looks clean or having a car that is safe?????? They refused to give me a refund. I will never go back there. The people there were rude and the service was awful. DON"T GO TO PERFORMANCE FORD!!! More
We have been dealing with Trebour for close to 18 years and this is the best Ford dealer in Morris County. We have gone to other dealers in the area and Trbour consistently gets our business.
