Imagine going to the grocery store and haggling over every item you purchase; wondering whether the person in the next line is getting a better price due to better negotiating skills or having a cashie every item you purchase; wondering whether the person in the next line is getting a better price due to better negotiating skills or having a cashier who is in a better mood than your cashier. This is precisely why most people are uncomfortable buying new automobiles. Did I get a good price? Did I get ripped off? Did Mr. Jones get a better price than I did for the same car? This is how I felt every time I bought or leased a car until I purchased a car from Performance. It begin with a prompt response to an internet request and continued through the entire process that ended with concise and accurate descriptions of the many features in my new vehicle. It was, by far, the most enjoyable and satisfying auto purchase I hare encountered. I believe I received a fair price and the dealership was able to make some money at the same time. A satisfying transaction for both parties. In particular, my salesman, Justin, was friendly, courteous, respectful, patient and professional. He is a wonderful asset for the dealership. He truly made me feel comfortable and confident about purchasing my vehicle despite me having to handle another important issue via the phone while I was purchasing the car. I would recommend Performance Ford and Lincoln to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
My family and I have bought several cars in the past and at many different local dealerships. But I have to say I had the best experience ever at Performance Ford! Our salesman, Rafe Simmons, was a new sa at many different local dealerships. But I have to say I had the best experience ever at Performance Ford! Our salesman, Rafe Simmons, was a new salesman, but you would never know it. He was knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, attentive, organized and very honest. It was also nice to see the other salesmen work to help him with whatever questions we had. It was one of the first times I felt that I was able to come in to a dealership and get the deal I wanted without being toyed with or, excuse me, "jerked" around. All the sales team wanted to do was the best they could for me and I could feel their honesty. I am so happy with Performance Ford in so many ways. As a matter of fact, my friend that came with me to pick up the car is making an appointment to see Rafe this week with the intention of also buying a new Escape! He was so impressed, as I am with the car and the service that he may just purchase one! Keep up the good work Performance Ford! More

I was Not Greeted For at least 10 Minutes, Then after Viewing the only Used Available F-150 on The Lot a 2008 FX4 with 31 K Mi. I was Told the truck was $20,995. I said i'll return Monday, because i wanted to research the FX4. When I returned Monday I was then Told By Mike, They Made a Mistake The Truck was 22,995, NOT $20,995 that i was quoted Sunday. I expressed my displeasure, and Mike said are you happy with the $20,995 Number, I said yes. We then disscused My Trade In I wanted 18,600, that was Kelly Blue Book for My car On Trade. He Said Come back Tomorrow and well get the Deal Done.( he wanted to check the FX4 ) I Returned on tues July 19 2011, and Im Told By Mike that Now He doesnt want to give me 18,600 for My Mustang. He Then begins to tell me my car is only worth 13,000 on Trade. Even Though NADA lists My Mustang at $18,000 Trade In. And Kelly Blue Book Lists It at $18,695 Trade in. I then became completely DISGUSTED with the Dealership , i was not rude, i shook his hand and said thank You, and left. Im Just wondering how many other Customers are being treated like that ???? More
Recently I bought a 2011 Ford Edge SEL-AWD from Performance Ford because I heard they were under new management and really trying to make a positive change. After meeting the sales managers David and Joe who treated me properly; they, with Lee's help, found me my perfect truck while ensuring the entire transaction would work within my budget. These guys are the real deal and they will be my dealer of choice when its time to buy my son's first car in a few months. Their pre-owned cars were not only beautiful but many were even fully certified directly from the manufacturer!!! Go down there and ask for Lee. Tell him Ray sent you and enjoy your new car or truck!!! More
My wife and I went in looking for a new Escape and we wanted to trade in two of our cars on this transaction. We are very happy with our new Escape and feel we got the best value for our old cars. Brian showed us how to use all of the new technology and was highly entertaining. We have been looking for a truck for a long time.. After visiting Performance Ford and talking to Gary, it was obvious that the right truck for us was F-150. I brought my 2009 Ford F150 XLT in for service on June 30th with several issues that I felt needed attention. Two of those issues turned out to be fine. In this case the customer was not right but you went out of your way to address my concerns and went so far as to take a drive with me to address any residual concerns. That in my book makes for an excellent experience and I wish there were more people like you in the customer service industry. Normally I don't look forward to bringing my truck in for service but I have to admit that this was a very positive experience. Thank you for putting a human touch on what can sometimes be a mechanical and frustrating experience. More
