We went in on a Wednsday just to look at the Ford Edge. We have wanted that SUV/Crossover for the longest time. Mathew our sale person was very helpful and upfront with everything. When I showed up the next day, they said the car had a deposit on it, in fact the deposit was made over a week ago. The salesman admitted that there was no way for them to be able tell if it even happened again. He also mentioned t.hat the same thing happened last week on the same car. The apology was minimally sincere with no indication that there would be an effort to fix this issue. More
