My experience with Performance Ford was excellent. It was very easy to negotiate the deal for my new MKX. Everyone at Performance was very knowledgeable the salesman Eric Moore and especially Brian Tele was very easy to negotiate the deal for my new MKX. Everyone at Performance was very knowledgeable the salesman Eric Moore and especially Brian Telesz who went over every detail about how to operate my new MKX. He took all of the time that I needed to learn how to operate my new vehicle. He also assured me that if I had any questions or problems to call him immediately and he would take the time to help me with any problems. I eventually did need his help and when I did call him he spent all the time that I needed to solve my problem with the operation of my new vehicle. He was very patient and is definiately an asset to Performance Ford. More

We wanted to purchase a car for my daughter and stopped in to Ford to test drive Fusion and Focus. I really thought that I would be disappointed and end up buying a Hyundai which we had as first choice mai in to Ford to test drive Fusion and Focus. I really thought that I would be disappointed and end up buying a Hyundai which we had as first choice mainly because of the style and warranty. Doug was very easy to work with, not at all pushy or impatient. Mike explained that they would work with us one way or the other, even to have us purchase a Hyundai from their dealership in Wayne but also offered an extended warranty to make up the difference. In the end we found the Focus to be a perfect vehicle with better suitability for our needs. Normally when I purchase a vehicle I play hardball on the pricing but I found Doug and his colleagues to be honorable and equitable. They made the experience so good that I didn't even attempt to negotiate further. Doug always made himself available when we came back, he gave us plenty of time to test drive the vehicles to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend him to any friend or colleague that needs a vehicle. Finally the experience with Brian was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and obviously enjoyed his job very much. We felt gratified leaving the showroom with our daughter's new Focus! More

Historically, when I purchase a new car, I really need to push very hard to get a good price as I do my research and know what is a fair price to expect. At Performance Ford, I immediately received a price quote online for a specific car that I chose (most dealers will not list all of their inventory and publish a discounted price online). After visting the dealer and taking a test drive, Doug Ryan (salesman) was were very willig to work with me and gave me an even better price. After agreeing on a price, they didn't even give me a hard sales pitch on the extra add-ons such as extended service plans, rental coverages, etching, wheel/tire insurance, etc. They explained the pros/cons of each and respected my decisions without any hassles. A pleasant experience with very respectful service. Further, Brian Telesz was excellent in setting up the Sync system and walking through the "bells and whistles" with me, which is an added plus. It should be noted that I work and live over 30 miles from this dealer. I did not find the same price at Ford dealers much closer to home/work. It was work the trip! I'd definitely recommend Performance Ford in the future. More
