We had gone to another dealer to see if we could trade in 3 cars for 3 new cars and stay with in a specific price range. They could not come close to what we were looking for. We decided to try one more time 3 cars for 3 new cars and stay with in a specific price range. They could not come close to what we were looking for. We decided to try one more time and went to Performance Ford expecting to get the same results but to our surprise we left with 3 new vehicles that same day. I had purchased my first Ford, a Focus SEL, in Dec. 2011. I soon realized that in my haste, I had selected a truly amazing car, but didn't want a car, rather would have preferred a mini-SUV like the Escape. I soon realized that in my haste, I had selected a truly amazing car, but didn't want a car, rather would have preferred a mini-SUV like the Escape. Fernando Ortiz Jr. had a "can-do" attitude with me from the moment my daughter and I strolled into the dealership to have service performed on my Focus as he introduced himself to us on the sales floor. We explained my situation and preferences to Fernando, who LISTENED patiently to my situation, HEARD my concerns and "wish-list" and MADE IT all happen, within my budget, almost like magic, with the wave of his wand. Not only did I get the vehicle of my choice within the budget I had required, but the Sales and Service teams were able to have my new Escape ready for me a mere two hours later, after it had received body armor protection, was fully washed, prepped, and sparkling. Ready to go! Brian Telesz,as previously, prepared US for the Escape Experience in his own inimitable and caring manner. We very much appreciate both his and Fernando's services. It made buying a car today what it should be, a barrel of thrills and excitement, and FUN! I felt like a giddy teenage girl again, the excitement of driving her first car, which at 74 is quite a rave! Finally, the assistance extended to us by the Performance Ford Service Department was outstanding (Mr. Paulo Lopes specifically) and was the cherry atop the sundae. Every member of the Performance Ford Team was positive, cheerful, caring, helpful and kind. The synergy between all factions appeared to be seamless. Kudos, many thanks for making my day and many more into the future, thanks to my new Escape! I am not only EXTREMELY HAPPY with my Ford Escape, which is a dream, but also confident in knowing that there is a wonderful team of professionals and experts who are there to support me in the future, as well, with great products and services, with excellent customer service skills and moreso, with care.
