I traded a 2010 Prius. I wanted a hybrid that was more comfortable with better visibility than the Prius. From my initial visit to the final purchase my experience with Performance Ford was excellent. More

I went to the dealership to purchase either a fusion or a Taurus. Once inside I was greeted by Charlie Gossner. He answered all my questions regarding both cars and the process couldn't have been any easier. More

Performance Ford Lincoln responded

Customer sent e-mail showing interest in a 2014 Mustang on 3/1/13. We responded the same day that we have the vehicle in stock. Also we would honor the special pricing on Ford’s X-plan which is pricing with significant savings. We made an appointment to come in on the next day, Saturday, 3/2/13. When Mr. Morrissey came in we showed the Mustang and gave him the agreed upon X-plan pricing and rebates. He wanted to trade his 2008 Lincoln MKZ and customer made offer of $399 for 48 months on finance plus trade and agreed to give deposit. We appraised his car and needed key to do so. We do not hold keys so customer can’t leave; only to do appraisal and customers can have keys back at any time. We gave customer wholesale number on customer’s trade as he was buying our car for a wholesale price. After appraising the trade, his offer was unrealistically low and we counter offered on what we could do to earn his business. The customer was not flexible with his offer so we professionally and politely thanked him for coming and let him know we appreciated the opportunity but his offer was too low. We did 2 follow up phone calls on 3/4 and 3/8 to see if he had any questions and again thanked him for coming in. Duke Snyder
