My lease was expiring so I had to turn in my vehicle. I had been searching around for awhile looking for a particular pre-owned vehicle and I saw this dealership had 2 of them. I contacted Clark through the internet portal and he was able to answer some questions and set me up with Phil for my test-drives. While on the road with him, he answered all my questions and was quite knowledgeable of the vehicle and its options/features. After driving both vehicles Phil was able to work up a great deal that I couldn't pass on. His professionalism was great and I would recommend him to anyone. Seth was honest and straightforward with the financing and additional coverage options. While I was reluctant to get an extended warranty due to price, ultimately I decided to get it regardless of the pre-owned vehicle being certified. It's that extra piece of mind which one can't argue with. Joe helped out in the actual delivery of the vehicle, setting my phone up to work with the system, walking me through all the options/features in more detail, pointing out switches and how to do certain tasks as well. Everyone was a real pleasure to deal with; I don't feel like I was taken advantage of and to be honest, that's the biggest concern going to a dealership. More
