I never look forward to buying vehicles - seems it's always a hassle and things always cost more than you had hoped. But I thought dealing with this company went pretty smoothly. Price negotiations were always a hassle and things always cost more than you had hoped. But I thought dealing with this company went pretty smoothly. Price negotiations were not pressured or nasty. They never "double-teamed" me, as has happened to me elsewhere. The entire staff has been very courteous, trying to do things right and efficiently. My salesman, Doug Ryan, has really tried to take care of me and takes a lot of pride in his good relationships with customers. I'm happy with the vehicle I bought, so far. I think I got it for a fair price and also got a fair amount for my trade-in. I recommend these guys and I recommend Doug. More

The dealership itself was clean and very presentable and when all was said and done, going through the entire process was pleaseant. We even received follow up phone calls to see how we were doing and if we needed anything else. I was a loyal customer to another Ford dealership in the area, buying several cars from them and giving them service work, but they snubbed me the last time I was there looking at cars Because of Doug and Brian, Performance Ford is the new dealership I will be a loyal customer to. I bought a 2012 expedition and Doug was the best salesman I have ever had. He waited on me hand and foot. He took all my calls and answered all my questions. Weeks after the deal was done, he helped me fax something over to my insurance as well. I have bought many cars from many different dealerships but this is the best salesman I have ever had to deal with. I also want to add that Brian thoroughly explained my vehicle. Brian, Dennis and Doug each were ready and available at my scheduled arrival time so I could complete my purchase in a timely manner (unlike a Honda dealership once where I personally installed my license plate after waiting over a half an hour for the dealership to complete).
