They answered all our questions, negotiated fairly and gave us information about services(tech-wise) we didn't even know we needed to know! Joyce was on top of our service needs when we brought our car back to have the remote starter installed. When she realized our requested time was not possible, due to no fault of Performance,she called several times to keep us apprised of the situation.With that kind of service, we feel it will be worth the 30 minute trip to have our car service there.
