Dennis Radulic was did an awesome job with our financing and Brian Telesz was so knowledgable about the vehicle (leased a 2013 Edge Sel) and is a great company spokesman. We left there knowing we made the right decision in our purchase. I have always had Fords (since highschool-1982) and I regretted buying a Chrysler. I will and have told everyone about my fantastic experience at Performance Ford and I know that other people will as well. More
Very competitive pricing. Our sales consultant, Doug Ryan was very kind, patient, and helpful. Contacted my insurance company, USAA, and used their USAA Buying Service to source a 2013 Ford Edge SE with a guaranteed discount of ~$4000 (to include rebates)on a Friday. Performance Ford was listed as a Buying Service to source a 2013 Ford Edge SE with a guaranteed discount of ~$4000 (to include rebates)on a Friday. Performance Ford was listed as a dealer who would honor the discount. I contacted Performance Ford via internet that day to get a quote on the vehicle. Kristen Howard emailed me back with the quote which met a great price with the guaranteed discount. She followed up with additional satisfactory answers to more inquiries on technical specs, etc. My wife and I then visited the dealership on Saturday where Kristen met us and introduced us to Eduardo Maldanado, a very courteous former U.S. Marine. He introduced us to a vehicle of our choice, jockied cars in the lot, secured the keys, and we took the vehicle for a short test drive. My wife loved the vehicle and I was very impressed by the peformance, quiet interior, and gee wiz gadgets (Ford Sync). The first offer for my 2007 Hyundai Sonata was not out of line for the condition of my trade-in but I expected more. After allowance for miles, body work, and tires, they met me within $500 for the trade-in and sealed the deal. Marissa Giovenco was very convincing with explanations of pricing, contract numbers, documentation fees, motor vehicle fees, etc. She assured us that the final contract price was correct and included the previously mentioned guaranteed discount. We signed the contract and departed with the vehicle to be deliverd the following Monday early evening. That Monday we arrived at the dealership with the title for our tradein and USAA electronic check for the amount of the contract. Unfortunatley, I had crossed out my address on the title in pencil and annotated the title with my correct address. That turned out to be a BIG no-no. At any rate, after long pow wows - the dealership management decided to forego any more waiting and Brian Telesz introduced us to all the 2013 Ford Edge SE systems - especially the Ford Sync. He even synced my IPhone book to the system and we called a neighbor using voice recognition. Brian did an excellent job of hands-on training with my wife behind the wheel. I've never met a more knowledgeable person for product delivery in any line of work. His skills and experience certainly show. Our final 1/2 hour was spent with Biran Buckley signing the many papers to take possession of the vehicle. This was Brian's first day on the job at the dealership but he comes with long experience in the field and it showed. The transactions were cordial and concise with the papers flowing in quick succession and answers to my questions suscinct. The drive home with the new 2013 Ford Edge SE with Ford Sync was a pleasure. It felt like we were in a concert hall with the radio tuned in to Sirius. We have recieved both email and phone call follow-ups from the dealership concerning our experiences to date! More

Fiance's car broke down for the final time so I started looking. They had the best price I could find on the internet. Lets face it you can do almost all your shopping online to go in with the best inform looking. They had the best price I could find on the internet. We browsed the lot for a little bit with no one approaching us which was perfect and after about 12 minutes or so we were greated by a funny, knowledgeable salesperson, Doug. We told him what we were in the market for and showed us exactly that. He didn't throw away business because we couldnt afford the mustangs or Lincolns, he showed us how much fun we could have buying a car under 20,000 grand and how much car you can get with a Ford. After showing us the options between various versions we test drove. He was adamant about getting the best test drive possible, which is nice. After the drive we talked numbers and he did what he could to get us to a workable figure. So i don't know why the one person wrote they dont offer advertised prices, I went in there only mentioning the ad and I was originally offered that price, with absolutely no proof. A big plus on this dealerships end. They offered us beverages and even his reading glasses to go over the numbers. We went to pick it up on Friday, my one piece of advice would be when you buy at the end of the month near a holiday know what you are getting into. You are not going to be able to walk out right away, but also remember they want to keep you moving to so don't cry about it on the floor where other customers can hear you. Doug was with us the whole time when he wasn't working with his other customers purchasing that night. And Brian the Sync expert, thank you so much for sticking with us and even offering us another date to come back and learn the features. Lastly there was Kris, who had to close down the place with us, thank very much for working everything for us, showing us all the pricing options. We felt terrible we had to keep you all there and next time, and there will be a next time, we will bring dessert. Thank you for making us feel part of the family. More
