He did whatever he could to make sure all my questions were answered accurately and also was able to work out a better deal than any one else could. His test drive was probably the best I've experienced, when I wasn't sure about something he let me continue on until I knew I was ready to make a decision to buy or try out a different one. I ended up cancelling my deposit on a deal I worked out at another dealer due to my better experience at Performance Ford. I highly recommend asking for or setting an appointment with him. Matt Daspin in the finance office was great at providing me with an outstanding interest rate as well as understanding what I needed vs. did not need/want in regards to extended service/protection options. Joe Boscarino gave me an overview on all the functionality of the truck and all its features, buttons etc. and answered any questions I had about them. Overall a great experience! More
