I have been putting off buying a car for years now. I had never bought anything with under 100K miles on it, and the stories I hear about car dealerships kept me scared away. I went to this dealership because I was pretty set on a Ford Focus, and they are the closest Ford dealership to both my home and job. They were the exact opposite of what I was expecting! Everyone was beyond nice. I never felt pressured to buy a car which made me even more excited about buying one! Once we had agreed on the price, the finance department was worked with us to keep my payments within my budget, and did a wonderful job. Everyone was incredibly helpful, courteous, and friendly. I have never been happier with a purchase, and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market! More
This dealership is the worst dealership for customer service, sales and car service. They are not above lying, being deicetful in their deals, or treating you like you are taking up their time. My Experience: I was in to buy a car at the 2012 year end. It took an entire day to negotiate down about $2K on a car that had a staus of "dealer ordered". When asked when the car would arrive I got a vague answer of "any day" and "its on a truck as we speak". 5 days go buy and each time we would call, magically everyone would be busy and not one phone call was returned. When my husband went in on day 4 he was told "any day? no it will probably be a week or so". They also kept saying they couldn't check the status of the location of the car or provide an ETA date. My husband even provided them information on exact matches to the car at other dealerships, when we offered to take something in stock. Of course we got nothing from that b/c who wants to lose an year end deal. My husband then went to Ford Corporate and they were told us the car was still at the manufacturing plant and had no ETA date to the dealer. They also stated that all dealerships can log in at any time to check the status of a car. Ford Corporate then called the GM and that is when we finally saw action. Of course it was with an attitude and them stating they would refund our deposit. More
Performance Ford offered great costomer service, quality, and price. They were happy to answer any and all questions I had. After some careful negotiating, Steve and company helped me leave with a great prod and price. They were happy to answer any and all questions I had. Our relationship with Performance Ford began through an internet request.They responded immediately with a good offer.We negotiated a good deal with Kevin Dean for the car we wanted.There was no high press internet request.They responded immediately with a good offer.We negotiated a good deal with Kevin Dean for the car we wanted.There was no high pressure involved ,Kevin works in a nice quiet manner which was to our liking.Since they didn't have our desired car in their lot Kevin was able to obtain one from another dealer.We ended up with exactly the car we wanted.We were selling our old car to a friend in Pennsylvania who asked us to have the title notarized,We casually mentioned it to Kevin and before we were through it was done.Catherine Pirone gladly handled it.We want to thank Brian Telesz For being so pleasant while demonstrating all the features in and out of the car under adverse weather conditions. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with me and my wife. We were actually ready to leave empty handed because we couldn't reach a doable price, but Kevin and the finance guys pulled through and got my wife.
