Thanks to Anthony Rotella and Korey Knight who sat down with me and check out the truck I was looking for to order, when the truck came in it was exactly what I wanted. Never been happier with my experience and will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks to all at Performance ford More

Between bouncing back and forth from salesperson to salesperson it has never been an experience to be desired. Performance Ford has proven to me that they are more than professional in their ways of doing business. They listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and guided me in the right direction. They gave me the best price up front with no hidden costs. I would highly recommend them to everybody I know. Thank you Anthony Rotella and Jimmie Whorley for assistance that you provided to me with no pressure to buy. I love my new Ford ! Most of all "Kudos" to Matt Daspin for getting me out quickly in a timely manner. I made it home in time to get my son from practice in my new car. See you guys again in three years ! More
Lease experience 03-18-2015 My wife and I went to Performance Ford Lincoln because it was close to our residence and because we had had a great experience with the Ford dealershi My wife and I went to Performance Ford Lincoln because it was close to our residence and because we had had a great experience with the Ford dealership at the same location. We met with Drew Levat who was highly professional, friendly and patient throughout the process. It had been 16 years since our last trip to a dealership to get a new vehicle, so we had a number of questions, all of which were handled extremely well. He guided us through the process of deciding what our best option was in getting a new car. We ended up leasing a Ford Fusion SE. We strongly recommend dealing with Drew for anyone who is in the market for a car. We assume that he is simply one of many excellent sales people at Performance. Richie Garcia guided us through the paperwork for leasing the car. He matched Drew in his professionalism, patience and helpfulness. For first-time leasers there were a lot of questions which he answered fully. We strongly recommend dealing with Richie for financial matters. We will certainly recommend Performance Ford Lincoln to all our friends. Sue & Scott Bennett More
Worst experience of my life I was looking to order a vehicle. Spent 4 hours and got a price on what I wanted. Put down deposit and was supposed to get the spec sheet to review. I was looking to order a vehicle. Spent 4 hours and got a price on what I wanted. Put down deposit and was supposed to get the spec sheet to review. Never received. Called dealership 3 times never returned call. Finally spoke with Manager who said would have it that evening. Never received it. Next I know I get a call and am told that the vehicle is going to be more expensive than they said. Finally after a couple of days of going back and forth I told them I would be over for my deposit back. I was told that I had to go so I could sign for the refund. Get to dealer and then I am told that no one is there to approve the refund. This dealership is not honest, has no customer service skills and only cares about making a sale at whatever cost to the customer. More

Everything went down hill once the papers were signed…. It has been three months since I purchased a brand new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. Let me start by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CAR!! In October 2014 It has been three months since I purchased a brand new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. Let me start by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CAR!! In October 2014 I saw this car and I knew I had to have it… it is truly amazing, there isn't a day that goes by that I am not thrilled to be driving this car…. it is beautiful, classy, FAST, has everything you could ask for in a car… this is my VERY 1st BRAND NEW CAR, I EVER BOUGHT! It was more than I wanted to spend, but worth every penny. Now…. it took me months to do my search for this car, I didn't want to buy new, (just not a great investment) but I could not land exactly what I wanted so I figured I'd have to buy new. In December I started the process with Korey… we liked Korey, he was "nice" and to be honest if we are going to give anyone commission, I have to like them, and we liked Korey. He wasn't pushy, he seemed to understand what we wanted and was willing to work with us. The process continued for a few months when I finally met Korey to purchase this beauty in January. We negotiated a price that we were happy with, even dealt with Paul one of the managers. we dealt with Matt in the end about the 'service package' that if we didn't buy that day they would never offer again… us being suckers, bought it. (A few days after purchasing the car I received an email offering me the same service package that I was told I had to buy then, with a $150 coupon). I will say Matt was pleasant to work with, minus that. However once we signed all the papers and handshakes were made… everything took a turn. To try my best to make a VERY long story short, right before we were about to pull away with my new car, which may I say the whole process took over 8 hours, when they said it would take 3…. my husband noticed a dent on the tail gait. I was told it would be fixed… I was disappointed, but left that day with my BRAND NEW CAR!!! A few days later we had a snow storm, I went to use my windshield washer fluid… it was empty! ugh. Then I went to bring my car in to get the tail gate fixed a few weeks later on a friday. Korey told me I would have a Lincoln Navigator as a loaner, I got a Ford Edge. It was fine for the time because I didn't need the third row seating for a few days…. I was told that my car would be ready by Monday. Tuesday I got a call and was told my car was not ready and it would be a few more days!! At this point I needed the third row. I went to the dealer to trade in the loaner for the now Navigator, while waiting for the Navigator for 25 minutes… I get a completely dirty, garbage on the ground, filthy smoke smelling car!!! I parked the car and demanded a different car!! I was not about to put my kids in a smokey car. It just was one thing after another… the next car, MKC… dirty. I just felt so insulted… I use to have an Acura and I NEVER got a dirty loaner car… never!!!! So now, my BRAND new car was still not ready, but I am driving a old car that they thought was something special… just because it says Lincoln doesn't mean it's nice. The only saving grace to this was Ed Rodriguez pulled out the keys for the car he was driving out of his pocket, a new Explorer Sport and tossed them to me, making me one happy girl!!!! FINALLY someone got what I was saying…. I bought a 50 thousand dollar car…. I wanted MY car… not a lincoln, not an edge… my car!!! Thank you Ed! Finally I get the call that my car is ready, and when I go to get it I realize the "sport" emblem is not on the car… seriously!!?? Do they not know their cars enough to realize something is missing?! It was just one thing after another… more time wasted at Ford. Thank goodness for Tom in service that talked me off the ledge numerous times… he is a true class act, he understands the meaning of customer service, something that nobody else was getting. Everyone was so worried about admitting they were wrong and just doing the right thing … but Tom knew it was that simple. The last straw was when we went back to talk to 'the managers' and I was told by Chris the General Manager, "what do you want me to do, get on my knees and beg for your forgiveness" are you kidding me?!!! I had to get up and leave the office because I was so insulted, my husband stayed and argued with him for another half an hour. This was the respect we were getting… great way to treat your customer AFTER they spent $50K and YOU were the ones that made numerous mistakes. I felt that everyone was worried only about the bottom line, not about the customer and that is what the biggest problem was. I have been in the customer service industry my whole life, I know how to do right by people…this group did not. They have promised me up and down that they will 'make this right' by me… they offered me a detail after the winter… that is the least they could do for me after they made my new car buying experience awful… literally the least they could do. The bottom line is I could have bought this brand new car from any other dealer… and I chose them. I hope they do make it right in the future and treat myself and any other person the way a customer should be treated, just do the right thing, make your clients happy. I will follow up on this experience after the next appointment I have with them. Note: I waited three months to write this to see if there were any follow up calls, but there wasn't. More

Unexpected Major Positive Experience First off, I just want to say that my wife & I have had our share of negative issues with all different sales people in several markets. But in the v First off, I just want to say that my wife & I have had our share of negative issues with all different sales people in several markets. But in the vehicle industry a few of the worst. THIS one was completely different! It started with a salesman by the name of Korey Knight. He had been keeping an out out for us over the past several months for a deal/experience that would work for us. He called out of the blue this past Friday (2/27/15) He said he had something within our capabilities. Well, between Korey, & Richie Garcia in Finance . . . they were able to put us in a beautiful vehicle within our means. They worked hard, & smiled the whole time. I greatly appreciated the respect they showed myself & my Wife. A very important thing to me. If you are ever in need of a positive car buying experience, do yourself a favor & Stop by Performance Ford on Rt#10 in Randolph N.J. To top it off . . . Joe Boscarino stayed after closing to give us tip & instructions on how to work everything in our New car . . . Without rushing us, nor any attitude. In short, he was great too. I'm tired of bashing poor service everywhere we go, so it was a pleasure to do our business with these people & hope in the future when we need them we can go here to get the same! Thanks guys, much appreciated . . . & to the JETS fan whom busted my chops (Jokingly LOL) because of my shirt . . . "GO BIG BLUE!!!" :) More
