From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and not like I was being "handled" by anyone. Justin was great - didn't pressure me or try to "sell" me - was very honest and didn't try to xx me or treat me like I was being "handled" by anyone. Just an easy going guy that knew what he was talking about, very relaxed and didn't try to put one over on me. Kris was cool too - very knowledgeable about what he was talking about and made sure to explain things so that I knew what I was about to sign. He also didn't try to sneak anything in or pressure me into buying anything I didn't want. He threw some options out there in the course of doing his job, but was not pushy or irritable about it. Both these guys, and some of the other sales guys that I had time to sit and watch while I was waiting weren't like your typical car salesmen. Just a relaxed and easy process from start to finish.
