New Car Buying at Performance I would rate my buying experience at Performance Ford Lincoln as being excellent. I started with an internet search and found the exact model we were I would rate my buying experience at Performance Ford Lincoln as being excellent. I started with an internet search and found the exact model we were looking for in stock at Performace. I sent an e-mail request for an e-price on that car and immediately received a return message (from Shanna Newland) with a very attractive price. The note also suggested I make an appointment to come to the dealership to see the car. I made the appointment for that afternoon. Having an appointment avoided the awkward saleman attack. It also meant the car I was interested in was ready at the back door for a test drive. Shanna introduced us to our salesman (Jim Brandeburry) who was helpful and friendly throughout the experience. I was happy with the car and the price and went ahead with the purchase. Paperwork as usual took a little and there were a few confusing points to be corrected. The final paperwork was completed the next day and the car was ready for pickup. The necxt phase was very helpful (and unusual for me) because Performance has someone called a delivery coordinator (joseph Boscarino) whose job is to make sure you understand everything about your new car and the dealership. Joe went over the basic car manuals, service requirements and the Ford internet website (very helpful). He then took us on a tour of the service department which is very impressively organized, Finally, he spent about 30 minutes in the car explaining how everything works. In the past I get the keys and the dealer says goodby. As I said at the beginning, the overall buying experience was excellent and completely contrary to a number of negative internet complaints about Performance which admittedly had me concerned. However, I understand that the dealership is presently under new management and based on my experience I think they are doing a real good job of improving their image. More

I truly appreciate the assistance and honesty of the Finance person that made it possible for me to afford obtaining this vehicle. The General Manager made a point to come out and make sure I was being taken care of. A refreshing change from the horror stories I was told about purchasing a car. Thank you! More

He got me the car I wanted at price that Maplecrest Ford, Beyer Ford and Fette Ford could not even match!!! The sales manager Anthony was so friendly and gave me $2500 more for my trade in car then all the other ford stores I visited. Matt in finance was very efficient and explained all my financing options with no undue pressure applied. Joe did a gra job pairing my phone and I can not wait to visit Performance Ford for service and future purchases!!! Thanks again fpr the quality of service and I attirbute that to their top notch management team!!! More

Jimmie Whorley was my sales person and he was top notch! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and really listened to my needs. Matt in finance was also very helpful he got me a great deal on my lease and worked at warp speed to get me out as quickly as he could as I had my 5 year old with me. But even with him working quickly he was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Joe helped me with setting up all the my sync features and going over the entire car he's awesome and called me a few days later to check on me! After this awesome experience i will never buy a car anywhere else More

While she was very nice & helpful it turns out the information she gave me was incorrect. She quoted me a price via email, including vin & stock number, of a vehicle they did not have. I only discovered this by speaking with a receptionist (who was not of any help) as I tried to schedule a test drive. When the receptionist suggested that I come in anyways because "we could always order you a vehicle" it almost felt as though they were misleading me intentionallly. Overall, a waste of time. More

I leased a new vehicle and from start to finish the service was friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured or intimidated in any way while I was at the dealership. I really appreciate the patience of the entire team. I had a lot of questions and I feel that everything was explained to me so that I understood it. My phone was synced and all the features of the vehicle explained in detail by Joe Boscarino. He helped this un-tech savy lady understand all the features and feel confident in using them. Phil Kennedy was fast and efficient with my paperwork. He answered all my questions and was very personable. Thank you to the whole staff for making this an easy and stressfree purchase. More
