We were looking to possibly purchase a used Ford Fusion but upon speaking to Dan, we found out there was a used 2013 Lincoln MKZ available, which we test drove and fell in love with. I’ve had terrible experiences with a different dealership in the past and was so relieved to have such an easy, smooth experience at Performance. From working out the deal with Dan, to sitting down with Paul to finalize everything. Everyone was really nice and helpful. They helped us get the deal we wanted, while also taking over the lease on my previous car (which still had a year on it). Finally, when we were all finished with the paperwork, Joe brought our car out front and went over every detail of the car so that we knew how everything functioned. He even helped us setup Sync and was very knowledgeable. We were so pleased with how we were treated all around, that we will definitely be sending our friends and family there if they are looking for a car. More

They didn't have the exact car that I wanted on the lot but were able to let me test drive a comparable vehicle before getting the car I wanted from their remote lot. During negotiations, there were no games and my salesman, Ed Z., did everything he could to give me the best price. Every incentive was applied correctly including one that I didn't even know I was eligible for. The terms were settled quickly and the turnaround to get the car was quicker than anticipated. Their credit department also didn't try to pull any fast ones such as screwing slightly with the terms after they were agreed to which I have experienced at other dealerships. The Delivery Coordinator, Joseph Boscarino, made sure to go over the things I needed to know while respecting that I've had plenty of experience with Ford's infotainment systems so I didn't need to have everything explained to me. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to doing another transaction with them again. More

We were greeted by Will LeGault who was friendly, smart and efficient. After looking at the 2014 Fusion on the showroom floor, we worked with Will to get a price we found acceptable. He was patient and never pushy. After we decided to the purchase the car, we sat with Joe in the Finance department who was also pretty terrific. Finally, we were introduced to Joe Boscarino who gave us all the information and tutorials on operating the vehicle. He was also great at his job. All around, the people we met at this dealership were friendly and attentive. I recommend this dealership and the Ford family of automobiles. More

Most pleasant car buying experience ever This was the most pleasant car buying experience ever. All of our past experiences with other car dealers was a nightmare. The salesmen were not hovering over you and trying to pressure you to buy a car now. The salesman, Jimmie Whorley was the most experienced car salesman I have met. He truly knows a lot about the cars he is selling. I am a car guy and tend to ask a lot of technical questions. Jimmy answered all my questions without hesitation. Our experience ended with Joe Boscarino, delivery coordinator, who explained how to use all the high tech features, especially the on screen and navigation features. This was very helpful. More
