As this was our second car, we had a tight budget that we had to stick with and Jim Brandeberry worked with us as we explored all of the options available within that budget. We are delighted with the car and are sure we made the right choice. Once the lease was finalized, Joe Boscarino had a session with us to explain all of the different features of the car and its MANY electronic features. Even my husband, who is terrible with electronics, was able to navigate the interface with ease. Great experience all around! More

He did whatever he could to make sure all my questions were answered accurately and also was able to work out a better deal than any one else could. His test drive was probably the best I've experienced, when I wasn't sure about something he let me continue on until I knew I was ready to make a decision to buy or try out a different one. I ended up cancelling my deposit on a deal I worked out at another dealer due to my better experience at Performance Ford. I highly recommend asking for or setting an appointment with him. Matt Daspin in the finance office was great at providing me with an outstanding interest rate as well as understanding what I needed vs. did not need/want in regards to extended service/protection options. Joe Boscarino gave me an overview on all the functionality of the truck and all its features, buttons etc. and answered any questions I had about them. Overall a great experience! More

I had no trade, and excellent credit, it should have been a quick, simple deal. However, I visited the same day and went for a test ride and price went up to 26,300.00. I understand my salesman had only limited negotiation ability, so I met with sales manager who was very pleasant, however he said price wasn't negotiable as did the salesman. They had a beautiful truck and I planned on, and told them, I was buying that day, however it was very odd to me that there was zero negotiation by the staff, and even more that the price went up so drastically upon my visit. I prefer to shop locally however, and have 3 other Ford trucks that I own, (F250, Raptor, F150) however it was the only local dealership that negotiated the deal higher than the price quoted the same day. Buying another truck in 2015 for business but I wont let that happen again to me. Having no price negotiation and in fact, such an increase upon my arrival would make me not visit again for my next Ford. I did purchase a 2012 truck that day where the price was negotiated fairly. A No Pressure Purchase We had done our research on line and decided to purchase a 2014 Ford Escape with a 2.0 liter engine. We went to Performance Ford and met salesman Eddie Zalenski. He listen to what "perks" we wanted (2.0 liter engine and light color interior). We didn't want or need all the extra's of the new generation vehicle. Eddie Z couldn't find an escape to match in their inventory but found one for us in NY state. They picked up the Escape SE and had it prep and ready for us within two days. Business Manager Matthew Daspin completed the financing paperwork quickly and painlessly. Joe Boscarino the Delivery Coordinator took his time showing us all the new gadgets in our new Escape and set up our cell phone with the Ford Sync. Everyone took their time making sure we were comfortable with and understood all aspects of our new purchase. It's a dealership that genuinely seems to want to please you now and also have you come back for a future purchase. More

Matt Daspin was friendly and thorough so I had a good experience with him. Now we get to Joe Boscarino, the Delivery Coordinator. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Joe is very knowledgeable and down to earth. He went over the functions of the vehicle and he synced(?) up my phone which I tested tonight and I have to say it's flipping AWESOME!!
