Friendly and thoughtful service. Very happy repeat customer! I walked into the dealership on a Friday night looking for a Ford Explorer and met with Lou who could not have been a better brand ambassador for the I walked into the dealership on a Friday night looking for a Ford Explorer and met with Lou who could not have been a better brand ambassador for the Performance Ford Lincoln team. He was very nice and accommodating, and really made the experience a pleasant one. Both he and Ed, the sales manager, really went above and beyond to find the right truck for me. Unlike most dealerships, the team at Performance Ford spent a lot of time talking to me about what I wanted. Lou and Ed put a lot of time and effort into my trip and helped me get a great deal on a brand new, fully loaded truck. I can't say enough about how comfortable they made the process for me - totally different from past experiences at other dealerships! I am already a repeat customer and will be coming back in a few months for another lease! Thank you Lou and Ed!! More

Simply Unprofessional... I was looking for a Lincoln MKX, met Dan, had many questions as most people do and when I decided to move forward he took 2 days to respond to my emai I was looking for a Lincoln MKX, met Dan, had many questions as most people do and when I decided to move forward he took 2 days to respond to my email with saying: "we had "behind the scenes" Lincoln dealer cash that was being applied to the original proposal, and that has since gone away. I apologize for the miscommunication on my part, and for the inability to move forward with a deal". Sounds a little shady if you ask me... I can't believe the way I was treated as a potential customer by this dealership! I will never buy a car from here or recommend it to friends and family. Mangement is a joke and Lincoln Corporate should be appalled by the way their luxury brand is being represented.... More
