Awesome People I first went to look at a Dodge Ram and then a GMC Z-71. While the vehicles were nice the salespeople were not knowledgeable at all about the vehicle I first went to look at a Dodge Ram and then a GMC Z-71. While the vehicles were nice the salespeople were not knowledgeable at all about the vehicle and only wanted to tell me how their dealership was the best. I wanted to buy a truck not a dealership. I went to Performance and was met by Korey who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spent time to answer every question about the truck in and out. I worked with Matt Daspin in finance who was also very pleasant and walked me through each step without trying to sell me things I did not need. Once I purchased the truck the General Manager and Service Manager met with me to go over things. Joe Boscarino then came out and spent time with me going over all of the functions in the truck. I could not have asked for a better group of people or a dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

He was so patient with me and answered all my questions and really worked with me to get what I wanted. Matthew Daspin, the finance person was also great! He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Joseph Boscarino was great in showing me all the technology in the vehicle. Most of the time when you lease or buy a vehicle, it is an all day affair. Not here, I was in and out in a couple of hours with a smile on face!!!! I highly recommend Performance Ford!!! More

Fantastic service - warm welcome Jimmy Whorley, our sales rep, met us and went over all the possibilities for our family, as we needed two new cars. Honesty, Integrity and Excellency This is the second car I purchased from Performance Ford. My first experience with this dealership was in 2011, when I purchased my new Escape. As know, we all walk into a dealership with our guard up! Performance Ford was full of honest staff who was looking out for the best interest of it's customers. It was that exact experience that brought me right back to them here in 2015. I did not even look anywhere else. Naturally, the whole staff has changed. So, again I had my guard up at first. But, within minutes, by the initial greeting of my salesman, Ben Bocklet, I felt comfortable letting that guard down, and within hours I left with an brand new Escape. Every staff member I encountered that evening, including Ben, Matt and Ed, excelled in their customer service skills, honesty and integrity making me once again have a wonderful and comfortable experience at Performance Ford.
