Fixed my flats!! I ended up with two flat tires today. Not only did I get a fairly quick tow from AAA, but they took my car directly to Performance Ford for me. I had purchased my Ford Edge at that dealership and had a tire warranty through them. Performance not only had my tires in stock, but were able to get them installed (with no prior appointment) within about two hours. Great waiting room , friendly and quick service. First time customer - Very pleased with staff I knew the vehicle I wanted, have been doing research for some time. Performance did not have exactly what I was looking for, but came through with a I knew the vehicle I wanted, have been doing research for some time. Performance did not have exactly what I was looking for, but came through with a reasonable alternative. I was impressed with Isaiah Strickland, the salesman I dealt with. He is a young man who represented the dealership well, but listened to what I was looking for and in the back and forth of negotiations presented my offer to Sales Manager Doug Raleigh until we agreed upon a number fair to both sides. Matt, finance rep, took time to explain various options available to me in terms of financing and also presented maintenance packages fully. I don't like to be rushed into significant purchases sych as a vehicle, and so I did not walk in intending to leave with the F150 I had in mind, but I did! I am pleased with the outcome of today's transaction and consider today's experience as a pleasant one. Daylight was running out and I briefly dealt with Joe Boscarino but will pick up with him hopefully next week to be further briefed on operation of my new Ford F150 XLT. At that time I hope to further amplify on this experience and come back with another 5 star rating. More
