Worst Dealer Experience Ever Sidewall damaged on Lincoln. Went to Performance next morning. After service advisor took keys the facility took three hours to put new tire on. Simpl Sidewall damaged on Lincoln. Went to Performance next morning. After service advisor took keys the facility took three hours to put new tire on. Simply, they forgot about me while I was working on computer in waiting room. Think that was shocking? No! I realized a couple days later that they installed the wrong size tire. Worst service ever! More
