Excellent Experience I heard about performance Ford Lincoln after a search for Lincoln’s. Once I saw the Ford Explorer I liked it better and Fonsi my salesman was able to I heard about performance Ford Lincoln after a search for Lincoln’s. Review your deal carefully! I am sure some will say great experience but I did not. I recently traveled 1.45 hours to purchase a vehicle from Performance because I thought I woul I am sure some will say great experience but I did not. I recently traveled 1.45 hours to purchase a vehicle from Performance because I thought I would get a deal. All employees very pleasant and fast talking. The bottom line of this review is that the deal was horrible and dishonest. I was told the vehicle price by the young salesperson and refused the first offer and was ready to walk out. I wish I had. At that time, the usual game, the sales mgr. came out to greet me and tell me how the dealer does not much money on the trade in or the vehicle of interested. He was very good. He came back with a price with full fees and probably not much more with the interest rate included he stated, which may have been a possibility for me. Not once was the interest rate told to me but the deposit was requested. I kept asking for the interest rate but was told they are working on it. The interest rate was presented to me at the signing of all the papers by computer with no explanation but a fast talking finance guy. Nothing was pointed out and made clear of the deal. I came to find out the monthly payment was more then I expected but was told the is because of the interest rate. To make matters worse, when I got home to view the UBS port, no physical documents are given or reviewed, I realized that I got screwed on my trade in and nothing was reduced off the purchase price like I thought it was. I know it is the car industry but feel the level of honesty just was not there. Buyer beware at Performance Ford of Randolph. About the worst experience I have had buying cars which is always a hassle no matter what is said. Good luck. More
