The WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! At first, they were GREAT. I even gave a down payment on a car the same day I talked to them. MISTAKE. Because of Coronavirus I LOST MY JOB and asked for my down payment back. This was on 3/24/2020 and it is now 4/17/2020 and NO RESPONSE. I called over 7 times, spoke to 5 different people and then TODAY I saw they LOWERED the price on the vehicle I placed the down payment on by $3000!!!! I finally disputed this transaction with my credit card company, the only reason I waited was because I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt during these hard times, but apparently-- PERFORMANCE LINCOLN FORD OF RANDOLPH, NJ ONLY CARES ABOUT THEMSELVES. I am APPALLED that they would treat people like this. I am small business owner myself so I know how to treat customer and THIS IS NOT IT. I have yet to get my down payment back, but maybe they will FINALLY call me. More

The staff at performance Ford Lincoln are all great people who do a great job. I have never had a complaint in the three years I have been doing business. World Class Service - No Games I was shopping around for an Aviator and went to several dealerships. The prices were all over the map and the traditional game was played were price I was shopping around for an Aviator and went to several dealerships. The prices were all over the map and the traditional game was played were prices started high and then came down two-three times. I was looking for an Aviator with a specific package, so I decided to see if there were any other Lincoln dealers near by and I discovered Performance Lincoln of Randolph (about 30 mins away). I chatted with Valerie online and she confirmed they had the Aviator I was interested in and set up an appointment and 30 minutes later I met with Brittany Drake. Brittany is an amazing salesperson. She is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and extremely personable. She let me take the car on a test drive and once I returned quickly obtained pricing. She said the way we do things here is different than other dealerships. She showed me the cost of the car (dealer and MSRP), applicable rebates, and the monthly payment. She said we don’t believe in playing the typical game here (which was extremely refreshing). Also, the sales manager didn’t come over, Brittany was my main point of contact (which I truly appreciated, it shows that Performance Lincoln management truly empowers their employees). I couldn’t believe the price; it was much better than ones I received at other dealerships. They gave me their best offer upfront. Even better than the dealer where I leased two previous cars. While it was an amazing deal, I wasn’t ready to commit (my husband wanted to come test drive the car), so I left the dealer, Brittany and I kept in touch via email and we came back two days later, and had a test drive and an extended test drive, and we got the Aviator!! Brittany was persistent, but not pushy. She clearly outlined the benefits of acting now, versus waiting until my lease was up in April. David Malafatopoulos, the Finance Manager got us in and out. We actually dealt with David three years ago at another dealership and was glad to see him at Performance Lincoln. Joe Boscarino, the Delivery Manager was also extremely knowledgeable and quickly showed us all the features of the Aviator and ensured our LincolnWay app was downloaded and ready to use! Over the course of my life I leased six Ford and now three Lincolns and going forward, I will only do business with Performance Ford/Lincoln of Randolph and if you’re actively looking for a new Ford/Lincoln, I highly suggest that you check out Brittany and the team. Even if you have to drive a little further, the service is world class and definitely worth the trip. More
