I purchased my MKZ August 3rd. I had a very good experience through the whole process of leasing the vehicle. Since then I have become unhappy with the vehicle because I'm getting only 15 miles to t experience through the whole process of leasing the vehicle. Since then I have become unhappy with the vehicle because I'm getting only 15 miles to the gallon and after just one month I had a dead battery. Could not get anyone from Lincoln to come get me started and was not told about roadside assistance. I had to cal AAA. On top of that my trunk lid has popped open twice after it shuts down and I start to drive away. I had a Lincoln a long time ago which was a very good experience. Wish I could say that again. More

Worst buying experience I have ever had (I wish I could have given NO STARS as a rating) We came to this dealership to buy a 350 with a snow plow, after a week of not getting returned calls (I wish I could have given NO STARS as a rating) We came to this dealership to buy a 350 with a snow plow, after a week of not getting returned calls from their East Hanover Store. We were led to believe we could qualify for a much lower rate (This was for a Homeowner Association) but it was well above market rate (7.99%). Also told we would need a co-signer. Found 5.5% no cosigner on our own and all of a sudden, they started to find lower rates. Worst part was that, after we found financing and agreed to a price, it took them more than 3 weeks to complete the deal. Multiple messages with the Sales Manager and the Business Manager with no call backs. We needed certain documents for financing and it took forever. Once I got them on the phone, I had to beg him, literally, to complete the deal. Day of the closing, for a specific appointment time and they kept us waiting & waiting. Final point - we chose this dealership after an assurance from Sales Manager that we could bring the truck & plow for service to their East Hanover Store. Unfortunately, driving the truck home after closing on Friday, the driver noticed what might have been a significant issue with the plow. When they got back to us on Monday on what to do, they said it had to be taken to the plow installer location. They did bring it there and returned it back (give them one point), but the plow still doesn't seem right. They said if it doesn't work when it snows, just bring it in. I thought you might want it to be right when it snows rather than having to fix it while it snows. I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone unless you want the worst buying experience ever. What an absolute waste of time. More

WASTE OF OUR TIME Had an appt with a Salesperson to see a vehicle. We rushed to get there in time to find out that person is off that day and the vehicle we came to see Had an appt with a Salesperson to see a vehicle. We stood and waited for 10 minutes until another Salesman came to help us. He did not offer us any options at all, and did not seem to care that we came all the way there during Covid to buy a truck. We had cleaned out our truck and brought the title so we could BUY a truck that night. You just lost a sale! We were ready to deal! I am in sales! I would NEVER let a customer leave on such a bad note...suffice to say we won't be back and will share this experience whenever we can. More

worst car shopping experience It was one of my worst car shopping experiences. The sales person was just trying to Sale and didn't care abut client's opinion. They tell you they It was one of my worst car shopping experiences. The sales person was just trying to Sale and didn't care abut client's opinion. They tell you they are giving you this and that. and after signing all paper work and took a deep look It wasn't what they promised. The interest was very high. the monthly payment were very high. I was told by Adam Kuczynski that I was getting $1000 dollars reimbursement for my shelving. I bought this ford Transit 150 August 30 2019. We are at June 9th 2020 and I still don't have this money. I call the office, sent e-mails and not response. After the purchase have not received a call if everything is fine how was everything. Nothing Like I said They just care about growing sales and reach their sales limits. I didn't write before because I didn't want create a bad environment but when I went back to the office and spoke with Matt Daspin. he promised again that I was getting a call with the follow up. I never received a call back. I am very unhappy with the quality of the service towards the client. If I could I will return this van and will go to another dealership More
