We recently purchased a New Lincoln from Willey Ford Lincoln, and our experience was Phenomenal! Loyle Rasmussen was more like a Trusted Advisor than a "salesperson" he listened to what we wanted, answe Lincoln, and our experience was Phenomenal! Loyle Rasmussen was more like a Trusted Advisor than a "salesperson" he listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions with laser like precision, and then found us the Perfect Lincoln! To top it off, Loyle worked hard to get us the best price available! The staff at Willey Ford are all helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable; however, if you are in the market for a new Lincoln, do yourself a favor and request Loyle Rasmussen, my vote for Sales Man of the Year! My first purchase from Willey Ford was a 2000 F350. The experience was so enjoyable that since then I have bought three other new Fords. And I am just waiting for a couple things to come together so that I experience was so enjoyable that since then I have bought three other new Fords. And I am just waiting for a couple things to come together so that I can buy a new F450. I used to take my vehicles somewhere else for servicing, but they destroyed my trust in them. Because of the experiences with purchases I've had, I decided to give the service department a try. When I did, I let Mike know that if I felt I was taken care of and not taken advantage of, they would get every dollar I spent on repairs. Including tires. I have never been disappointed with them. Weather for service or a new vehicle Willey Ford IS my Ford dealership. Ted Nielsen More
Today while in service, I was told my truck would take half an hour, so I decided to stay instead of taking the shuttle home. After an hour and 45 mins of patiently waiting with a toddler, I went to see half an hour, so I decided to stay instead of taking the shuttle home. After an hour and 45 mins of patiently waiting with a toddler, I went to see where they were and was told my truck would be right out. Ten mins later I was told they actually didn't have the part( thus hadn't even started working on it) and just sent someone to salt lake to get it. Frustrating! Almost three hours of waiting later, i went in to the service manager to tell him about my frustrations and was met with a grumpy, "I could care less" attitude. He sent the servIce agent back out to tell me that they were working on it, with a rude and uncaring, almost spiteful atitude and eye roll. Needless to say, they were not kind nor apologetic about their mistakes and poor service and I will not return. However, I did speak with the general manager after I left and he was very concerned and apologetic which was appreciated. More
I could not find the vehicle I wanted in the Reno, NV I could not find the vehicle I wanted in the Reno, NV area where I lived so I went to the internet. I found a Altima coupe at Willey Ford in Salt La I could not find the vehicle I wanted in the Reno, NV area where I lived so I went to the internet. I found a Altima coupe at Willey Ford in Salt Lake City, UT. I email the dealership and Jason Hale, the internet sale manager, email me back. We exchanged info on the car and I gave him info on my trade and a loan application. I drove up to Salt Lake at the end of February to pick up the car if it was as their ad stated. When I got to Willey Ford, Jason and the rest of the sales staff was very friendly and not at all pushy. We completed the deal and I drove my "new" car back to Nevada. I had the vehicle checked out by my mechanic about a week after I bought it. They found a lower radiator hose that was shot and a head gasket leaking to the outside of the engine. It was still under factory warranty so I took it to Nissan in Reno to be checked out, they said they would fix the head gasket under warranty. I had I emailed Jason and got am email back from Jason and the Service Manager Bill Barnes. I could take it back to Willey Ford or go to Nissan in Reno. I live 65 miles from Reno, I would have to either rent a car or stay in Reno. Jason & Bill told me it was my choice and to send them the bill. They were very sorry that the technician missed the head gasket. When the repair work was finished I faxed Jason the receipts for my expenses in Reno and I had a check within a few days. Anybody can sell you a car that if no problems crop up you will be happy with. It is what the dealership does and how they handle it when their is a problem that show what the dealership, your salesman and service manager are made of. Willey Ford, Jason Hale and Bill Barnes are stand up guys. They did not hassle me about the warranty repairs, they gave me choices for getting it repaired and kept their word when the repairs were made. Should their tech have found these problems, sure, but maybe he went to lunch and thought he had checked the hoses or looked over the engine for leaks when he came back, whatever. I am willing to give them a "mulligan" for missing them. They treated me fairly, didn't hassle me and kept their word. The best I can say is that I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle, new or used from Willey Ford and Jason Hale. More
