This time however, I decided to give it a chance. I'm glad I did. It was a pleasant interaction from the first moment I contacted them to the moment I drove off the lot. While all of the team seemed great, I have to give a special thanks to Gavin. He took me on the test drive, and then stayed with me to help smooth the transaction. He was able to answer all my questions and was extremely accommodating. After the paperwork was signed and it was time to go, he spent extra time explaining the car's various features to me, making sure I wouldn't have any trouble driving it home.
