Pushy sales staff My wife and I came to the dealer to look at at used truck, the sales staff started off trying to help us find a truck to our specifications. After lo My wife and I came to the dealer to look at at used truck, the sales staff started off trying to help us find a truck to our specifications. After looking around thier lot they found one that had not yet hit the lot yet in thier service bay. We then drove it and then it was game on for the sales staff to push us into buying the truck. While trying to get us into the truck we continually asked them to give us the total for the sales tax registration and what ever other fees they had on it and they would only tell us that they figure 10% over the purchase price but when doing the math on our own there was a discrepancy in the numbers of approximately $1500. After Several attempts asking them why the discrepancy in price with Tyler Thomas (sales manager) and Anthony (salesman) we finally walked out and we will not be back to deal with this shady outfit. More

I am so glad that I did, it was well worth the drive from West Jordan to purchase my new Ford F150. Andrew in Sales was happy to help me with any questions, no matter how much time it took. I never felt pressured to buy and he made me feel that he was trying to find a payment that worked for me no matter what they needed to do. Brittany in the Service department was so cheerful and happy to help as well with getting some hooks and spray in bed-liner installed. She walked me through a few options for bed covers that I was looking at and helped me see the pros and cons of both. I never felt like I took too much of their time or that I was being an inconvenience to them. Amazing service and experience that I will look forward to each time I get my car serviced or buy a new vehicle. Thank you! More

Their service went beyond helpful and thoughtful We worked with several people at Performance Ford. All tried to help us as much as possible. After arranging financing with our bank and looking on line for the best deal, we again found that Performance had the best pricing. Reed Christensen was our contact when we returned to trade cars and purchase. It was, perhaps, more complicated than a simple purchase. But, the sales manger, Tyler, and Reed worked out a fair and acceptable deal after we found the exact car that we had been so pleased with. Overall, the process consumed an extraordinary amount of time. Reed arranged to have my wife driven home for a pressing commitment that had to be met and then he personally drove me home to pick up some papers that we needed but had not brought with us. The Business manger, Angelia, was spot on accurate and expedited the final paper to finish. Reed made many helpful suggestions about the new vehicle and committed to respond to any future questions whenever they came up. More

They worked really hard! I drove from 4 hours away to purchase a particular Escape I saw online. Gavin took good care of me and stayed late to try to get me the best deal he could. When we couldn't quite make the deal happen, they were very gracious and understood that I did not feel well and just wanted to get home and in bed. They had switch of personnel and then all of a sudden the truck was not available. They wasted 3-4 hours play this game. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed !!!! More
