We were familiar with the dealership because we had purchased a similar vehicle from them Seven years ago. It was a good experience then and it was a good experience this time. Within two minutes of requesting additional information about the vehicle on the Internet Reed Christensen was calling my home phone and emailing me to answer my questions. We scheduled a test drive for later that afternoon. (Try to stay away from Friday afternoon/evening - this is a very busy dealership, it was packed.) We arrived as the certified pre-owned Ford Escape Titanium we were interested in came out of the detail shop. A great car for a fair price. Reed was knowledgeable and personable. Because they were so busy everything took quite a bit longer than I had anticipated, but Reed stayed with us the entire time and waived good bye as we drove it off the lot. He followed up with a phone call and an email the next day. I don't know about other people but when I'm making a large expensive purchase like buying a car I always have second thoughts. We spent enough time with Reed and asked enough questions that I never second guessed myself with this purchase. Jack in financing finished the deal and made us feel great about our "new" car. More
