They can't find the issue with a brand new Explorer 2016 I can say they treat me fairly, the guy that attends me is Seth, who has been in touch with me, no complains. The thing is (and I was tempt to give them only 1 star) I got a brand new Ford Explorer 2016 in May, 2016. My current mileage is less than 4k miles so far and the vehicle is in a great condition except for one THING. Starting this week, the check engine light turns on, the vehicle started to shake and when pushing the gas pedal it does not response as normal. 3 days later in the service center, they don't know what is the issue, and worst, I have to pay month by month for a vehicle that right now, is useless. That's my only car available, nobody knows why it is failing, and it is taking too long to figure out the failure. I would like to get a solution soon, holidays are approaching and I can't drive my brand new vehicle (ironic). Dishonest Dealership My husband and I just want to say that our two salesman Mohamed and Dustin were amazing. As for Jera Gunnerson he is a complete con artist, and liar! He looked me right in the eye and told me that he never wanted us to be upside down in a vehicle trade ever again. Thanks for lying to my face! The least you could have done was lie behind my back... Oh wait, you did that as well! Not only did he get me a deal where I was upside down in my trade, it was the worst deal I've ever been presented with in all of my car buying experiences. He wouldn't show us any numbers until the final papers were drawn up (even though I kept asking for them), and then we were presented with an almost $13,000.00 upside down negative equity. He was very surreptitious in only presenting this information before leaving for the evening, so then we couldn't even question him further. Thanks for wasting our time...Jerk! I have no respect for this guy he needs to be FIRED! How many other people has he literally screwed over to make your company and himself rich with unethical business practices? Because of his outrages disrespect, and blatant lies I will be notify the Better Business Bureau OF YOUR PRACTICES. You hired him as a representative for your company, and this reflects poorly on your business. I will never recommend this dealership to friends, relatives, co-workers, and all business associates I deal with. I will then make sure they all know of my experience with your company. More
No pressure, knowledgable, great service Loved the service. Worked with Mitch and had an exceptional experience. The team that approve the final deal were also very nice to work with. We felt like we left in a fairly reasonable amount of time with a fair deal. Contrast that to our previous experiences with other dealerships where we spent hours more and felt like we had been raked over the coals in order to get a fair deal. I felt like they had a good supply of cars in stock as well. We purchased additional things to be installed later and the service team were nice and convenient to set-up a time with. A Director (LT) was on staff and he was a stud to work with. More

I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. First off, Mitchell and Mohamed were a joy to work with. Jera was extremely condescending and rather unprofessional, chewing gum the entire time working with us. We were set on a price that we would not go above. Jera informed us that they couldn't meet us where we wanted. It was only after leaving that we received a call from Mitch who talked to another sales manager, four hours later explaining that they would sell for our price; only an offer for that day. We went back on signed the papers for the perfect deal and couldn't be happier. Overall we would recommend both Mitch and Mohamed to anyone looking for a new car, but when it comes to talk number ask for a different sales manager. More

He answered all our questions and we made an appointment for that evening after it cooled off a bit. We arrived early and were graciously turned over to Randy Garroute. He was knowledgable and help us look over the car and test drive. It was an easy sale! The financing paperwork took longer than we anticipated but we are from Alaska and I am sure the research took longer. More
