Performance Ford went the extra mile to make the process as painless as possible. I felt like Brayden, the salesperson who helped me, had my best interests in mind as he tried to find a car that met my unique needs throughout the car buying experience. After recently experiencing some back problems that caused me to experience intense pain while driving, I spent several months trying to find a vehicle I can drive without aggravating the pain. This included multiple visits to the dealership to try different vehicles. Brayden cordially greeted me each time and often offered water on hot summer days. After leaving the dealership several times only having eliminated some possible vehicles, he continued to be patient in trying to find a car that would work for me. Brayden eventually led me to the perfect car for my back which surprisingly for me was a Ford F-150. Despite my hesitation, I took it for a test drive and was surprised at the comfort of this truck. I continued to look for alternatives but eventually realized that the F-150 checked all of the boxes for me. Brayden then helped to find a deal that worked for me.
