Wonderful experience working with Natalie Lowe We purchased the vehicle on a Friday evening and ended up waiting over two hours for the finance person to be able to finalize all the paperwork. We a We purchased the vehicle on a Friday evening and ended up waiting over two hours for the finance person to be able to finalize all the paperwork. We arrived around 6.30pm and left at 10.30pm and still had another 2.5 hr drive home. Not sure why there was only ONE finance person taking care of all the customers making a purchase that evening. Poor customer service in that area. A line item charge ($398) in the overall price was never discussed with us when purchasing the vehicle. We discovered the charge the following week when we were paying off the truck with Ford Credit. Once we discovered the "optional charge", we called the dealer back to inquire as to the "optional" charge and why no one had mentioned this to us during the purchase. The Finance person, who deal with us the night of the purchase, mentioned that he thought that the salesman had discussed this charge with us (salesman never discussed) the evening of the purchase. This experience left a very "disappointing feel" to our purchase and my wife and I discussed returning the truck to the dealer. The transaction felt like we were not informed properly - i chose to believe it may have been an oversight though some may think we were lied to. We felt it was worth returning the truck and be done with this experience. After exchanging emails with the finance person, and as I was about the call the dealership to speak with the salesman that spent time with us that evening, Natalie Lowe ended up calling me. This turned out to be a game changer for us. Natalie Lowe was by far the best person to work with during our frustration. She listened, understood what our frustrations were, let us know that she would speak to someone that could do something about the situation, and then kept in contact with us until the issue was resolved. A wonderful display of customer relations skill set!! More

Very Good Experience Called ahead to let them know I was interested in a particular (used) Ford Ranger. When I arrived the truck was ready for my inspection and test driv Called ahead to let them know I was interested in a particular (used) Ford Ranger. When I arrived the truck was ready for my inspection and test drive. The price quoted matched the advertised price on KSL Classifieds. We were able to get to bottom line numbers very quickly. Except for the expected Document Prep Fee, taxes, tag, and title, there were no dealer add ons. After agreeing on a price but before any contracts were signed, Payton drove the truck to my local to mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection and then picked the truck up again when my mechanic was finished. After a few more minutes of negations with Jera we shook hands and signed contracts and other paper work. I did not have my check book with me so, Payton came to my home to pick up a check for the truck. Overall the Payton and Jera were very easy and straight forward to work with. I also appreciate their willingness to deliver the car to my mechanic for his pre-purchase inspection and then come to my home to collect their check. This was my second vehicle purchased from Performance Ford. I would not hesitate to return again. More

Poor follow up on pending vehicle sale I'm disappointed with the way Tim and Mgmt handled the potential sale of a F150 we were looking at. I would expect the dealership to follow up with a customer who is approved and ready to buy. I was texted a few days later and told another party had placed a deposit on the vehicle?
