Standard, un-ethical issues Found a vechile in which i was interested that was showcased for the performance price of $61,631 however a click here for the special internet price. Found a vechile in which i was interested that was showcased for the performance price of $61,631 however a click here for the special internet price. After clicking the link I was asked for my contact information (standard i get it) before getting the special internet price. After clicking submit I recieved an email from Andrew with additional information listed on this vehicle as well as others on their lot. with that email was the special 72-hr price of $61,631. Since this appreaded to be the exact same price as the performance price listed I called Andrew at the dealership. Andrew informed that the $61,631 was infact the special internet price and there was no other sale price. Seems like the standard "fill this out so we can get your contact information and be completely honest with you just to get you to walk into our dealership and pressure you into a sale" trick. More

Great quality of service, professionalism, and integrity I saw a car and mentioned it to my colleague...who so happen to have worked there before and knows who works there. Power of referrals! I have no reservation in any least to give Andrew a recommendation to any person or persons (as well as the other person that I worked with when I first got there. He was way nice, professional, and when he didn't know something, he was honest about it and asked. That is the way it should!!) Between the two sales people, and Gage, it was way awesome!! Our whole family was there (wife and three kids) and the three people were patient and made the kids laugh when we were signing papers. It made the experience more-the-better to want to come back and just have conversations with them. Being in the business of customer service myself, it is integrity, professionalism, and honesty that gets you a long ways. As much as any sales person wants to make the major big $$ when selling a car, both sales persons were more interested in meeting our needs and answering our questions, than trying to push us in buying the car. Even though we had a car that was of interest to us, we felt comfortable in the whole process. Again, thanks everyone there that was patient with us as we kept you from going home past business closing! All were great! P.S. Thanks also for the Fat Boys in the Customer Lounge! Had a couple while there ;-) More
