He had the car already out for me, along with all the info and pricing on the vehicle ready to go. This process went so quickly and smoothly. Gage and I took the car out then talked numbers. After getting an amazing deal on the mustang and my trade in, I then met with Robert to go over the financing and warranty. I have never had such a quick, non stressful, even enjoyable experience talking anoint financing and warranty. Rob got me everything I wanted and more while getting my monthly payment exactly where I wanted it to be. " Get what you want" Busy dealership! That's a good thing. We drove 360 miles to pick up a used truck we saw online. They prepared the truck for our arrival. It was clean Busy dealership! Financer Amhad was very accommodating. He made it easy. We drove 3 hrs. Towards home to have the engine light go on. Went back next morning. This is where the sales manager stepped in and gave use the option to trade the vehicle for anotheror wait days for a repair. We were willing to spend a little more. In my experience this is unheard of. I was speakless. Due to the quality of selections available and the 6 hour drive home. We took the offer. Adam made it happen. He is a fine example of a fine sales man. I am very, very happy with my new used truck. The only reason I haven't posted 5 stars is that there was a problem.
