I brought my truck in for service in October because it was squeaking and I had an issue with the truck not turning over on the first truck. The belt was replaced, that stopped the squeaking. We replaced was squeaking and I had an issue with the truck not turning over on the first truck. The belt was replaced, that stopped the squeaking. We replaced the spark plugs, and battery. I got the truck back, the next day I didn’t turn over in the first try after we replaced parts. But it only did it once. I was waiting for a sway bar that was on back order. I got a text the part was in. In the meantime, I had an issue with the truck not turning over again. The sway bar was replaced but no issue was found with the truck turning over. I got the truck back on a Friday, two days later the truck took 8 attempts to turn over, and the next day took 3 attempts to turn over. I dropped the truck back off on Monday 3 days after picking it up. I was told that the wind module needed to be updated and that I should replace the key fan which cost me $350. I get a call Friday telling me my truck is ready. I go to pick it up Saturday morning and it didn’t turn over in your parking lot. Some more testing was done, and a bad fuel pump relay was found. The service manger was very cooperative, and replaced the fuel pump relay at no charge. I have left 2 messages for the GM of the dealership to call me back to discuss a credit for the spark plugs, battery and key fab, which were all clearly not needed. I have not received a call back and it’s been almost a week of calling. More
