Ordered a radio at this location in December. Service manager didn’t put the actual order in until January. Part came a month later. When the part arrived, I received a call stating it arrived. S Service manager didn’t put the actual order in until January. Part came a month later. When the part arrived, I received a call stating it arrived. Scheduled an appoint for part installation but needed to reschedule due to an emergency. Location reschedules the appointment but FAILED to state they had ALREADY sent the part back. Service manager stated the front desk DOES NOT communicate with the service department and they had no clue my appointment was scheduled in the first place. A COMPLETE WASTE OF 2 MONTHS. Could have gone some where else and been service much quicker and without the hassle. More
