I’m from out of town and stopped there while traveling on business through the area with a co-worker. Before traveling we picked up our office’s vehicle from a dealership in Baton Rouge because it was making business through the area with a co-worker. Before traveling we picked up our office’s vehicle from a dealership in Baton Rouge because it was making a loud scraping noise. The BR dealership said something was loose and rubbing and reported they fixed it. NOT. While driving the sound returned and although it was 3pm on a Friday afternoon, Performance Dodge brought us straight in, put it on the rack, and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem of a missing bolt the other dealership had failed to replace. They had us safely back on the road in no time with their personal phone numbers in hand in case we ever had any additional problems. Appointment was made for 7 AM. Didn’t hear back from them until 5 PM with over $500 in maintenance recommended. After getting the car back they did not rotate the tires which I pai Didn’t hear back from them until 5 PM with over $500 in maintenance recommended. After getting the car back they did not rotate the tires which I paid for, and they reinstalled the wheel well liner incorrectly after doing the vapor canister recall. Guess I’ll have to check the oil to see if they even changed that. More
