I think there were only a couple of things I noticed this that were different. ¹I saw a service tech take my car out and zip around the fenced-in lot chirping my $1200 tires. I'm not happy with that. I also was not happy hearing my car being revved-up either. I know it's a Scat Pack, and yes, I do know how to change oil (I was an aircraft mechanic for 15 years, and worked in an auto shop as well during that time) and I know revving the engine is not a requirement of an oil change. ²This time I was not provided an inspection sheet of the things that were gone over during my oil change. I've always been provided one and I was disappointed that I did not receive one this time. That being said, I do not believe just because a shop may be busy, complacency or a lack of service should be allowed to rule the day. More
