This dealership is a conniving, manipulative, lying dealership. I would highly recommend you not go to these people. I found a 1500 ram truck that I wanted to buy, it was listed at $24,638. So I called internet manager "Rob" and asked it the truck at this price was still available, he told me "yes." I did not feel the need during our call that this price was subject to rebates. I visited there lot in Woodbury, NJ. Which is about 35 miles from my town in PA. I got there to buy the truck, i wanted to drive away in it that day, but they changed the price from the list $24,000 to $31,000. They said said I needed to meet certain rebate requirements to get the internet price. But there was NOTHING on Auto Trader saying that there was rebates in the price. I felt like they were making it up in front of me. I wasted my morning because of their fake price. I felt lied to. More
My husband and I have always bought here. We actually just bought a challenger rt last month. I was buying a used charger we agreed on the price the dealer had run my credit four times which I was upset just bought a challenger rt last month. After we had agreed on price, the manager showed me where they had scratched the car parking it. He assured me that they would fix it. Ok I thought, I decided to take picks of the damage and told him I was going to show my husband the pics and go take an aspirin but that I would be back to sign papers in about 1/2 hr. when I got back they made me wait even after I said I was putting more $ down on the car. Then they have someone else take the car out on a test drive. When I asked what was going on they said the person was just trying it out. I should have walked then because then I was told I would have to pay for the damage on the car if I wanted it. Wait what??? We agreed they would fix it I agreed on the price now when I come to sign they change the deal?? I can't imagine doing business like this. Even when I talked to the GM he told me I can't loose $$ on the deal and the scratches coat me $$ now. Nice I have bought 2 Durangos 2 challengers an a charger there before but they don't want to loose $$. I will find another dealer!!! More

In a little over week, Michael B. picked me up at the airport and drive to Preformance Dodge. I was surprise and happy to see them like a good friends. General Sale Manager Trent Huston is nice guy, very repectful with me and paper work also Michael, too. I will go back to Performance Dodge again because they gave me the best deal below the market value better that most of the places. It is unbeleivable!! honesty!!
