Emergency service My truck would not start in my driveway and I called Performance Dodge and spoke with Joe in service. Had truck towed to dealer and before it was off the tow truck Joe was already getting info from it. After the paperwork was signed I asked about how long it would take and he said they would try to look at it today. Approximately 4 hours later I received a call that my truck was done. Incredible Service !!! More

I have used your service department several times for my son’s car, a Dodge Dart. I have been pleased each time with the care and attention we received. Your service department is always very timely in getting us scheduled. Jorge is ALWAYS very helpful . This past weekend I brought my son’s car in because the check engine light was on. Appointment made 2 days prior. After diagnostic , it was noted to be a misfire involving spark plugs, ignition coil etc. when we dropped off car, we mentioned to Dom that there was an extended warranty on the car. The car was dropped off 9:15. I was called back around 12:30 that car would cost over $700 and plus over $ 300 for brakes. I said to go ahead with engine repair,not the breaks. I called back and reminded him about warranty and asked if any would be covered. I referred him to glove compartment for the paperwork. We came directly to dealer ship and we were told the insurance would not cover based on what he saw. I went home and called company and they would cover part of it. I then called Dom and informed of above. I called him back and he informed me yes that 270- 50 copay is covered. He informed me to come back and sign which I did. This was 1:30 -2. Unbeknownst to me but Dom was aware the company Closed at3 pm our time. 2pm their time.I came and sat in your waiting area because car was on a test drive. Needless to say time ran out and I left with no car. I understand the policy of not leaving without payment in full. However I paid over $500 and Dom was already aware payment for balance was approved. Papers were not faxed in time. My son was home from college and we had to wait till Monday. I called Monday morning and yes payment was received. No phone call from Dom. I voiced my displeasure on Saturday in the dealership, I was not rude or crude. I stated the obvious and my overall displeasure. No apology from anyone, I was told payment in full and to be reimbursed by the company. I opted not to do that because papers were already filed and I was afraid that would create more confusion with the warranty company. I have dealt with this company several times for different reasons with this car and they prefer to pay the dealer directly. Overall, the bottom line is the car was fixed and I trust your mechanics implicitly. I understand that your representatives were busy but I felt that I had to take a lot more of the initiative for this transaction than needed. By the way , several months ago the engine brackets were replaced with warranty ( same company) , completely handled by Jorge and it was a much smoother experience. I will continue to use your services because I trust your mechanics and this car is driven by my son and this gives me peace of mind. I am asking that your reps be more accepting of outside warranty info given by the customer. I was told that only Chrysler warranty is handled, which isn’t true ( see above). I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but I feel more initiative should be implemented by them. I felt that I did all the legwork. Thanks for your time. More

I had my driver side rear tire serviced from losing air pressure and the tech never wore gloves, tire caps were greasy to the touch and told me my pressure suppose to be around 40psi and he only filled the pressure and the tech never wore gloves, tire caps were greasy to the touch and told me my pressure suppose to be around 40psi and he only filled them to 35 psi and stated I should be good with roughly 35.. 37ish for all for tires and test drove my car with no gloves at all and his hands looked like all he did was change oil by hand. Never used plastic in my car neither if their clothes be dirty. Highly disappointed. More
