Very unhappy with the service department. Waited for over 5 hours past appointment time to get a half assed diagnosis of my truck, had to pay more $ for a test to find problem, you kept my truck over ni over 5 hours past appointment time to get a half assed diagnosis of my truck, had to pay more $ for a test to find problem, you kept my truck over night because it took so long to find problem because you had tech’s call out sick, drained a full gas tank to do repairs, returned truck with a completely empty tank and the reverse camera now doesn’t work properly. 110% unhappy with the “new service” staff. Wish the old crew was back. Won’t be using your shop or dealership again. More

Ram purchase Was referred to Performance Dodge by 2 friends. Before going i contacted them online to get reference of prices. I explained my wants and price margin Was referred to Performance Dodge by 2 friends. Before going i contacted them online to get reference of prices. I explained my wants and price margins with monthly payments. I worked with Alex for a few days prior to making appointment to going there. When i arrived was greeted in a few minutes. Alex had introduced me to Manny (last name unknown) We spent some time looking at new and used in my price parameters. We worked some numbers. And within a few days was able to close a deal. I asked for a few extras window tinting and tool box. The price wasn't changed. My purchase was a CPO (certified Pre Owned) 2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn trim package I would recommend anyone going to any dealer. Do your own credit check. Ask plenty of questions, dont make snap judgements, take the time to review all the documents prior to singing final papers. Lastly call your insurance company to see price differences. In the ratings below I cant speak of quality of work (nothing done at this time) More

One Star, yes, POOR review for a used car purchased 5/5/20, Date now 7/13/20. Performance Dodge has given me “Horrible” for a truly easy task for sometime still due to me at the day of my purchase, 5/5/20, Date now 7/13/20. Performance Dodge has given me “Horrible” for a truly easy task for sometime still due to me at the day of my purchase, 5/5/20!!!! After making the deal and papers all signed the sales rep, Troy Custis, proceeds to hand me one set of keys, then informs me that other set was misplaced and he would mail the set of keys to me as soon as they find them! When not receiving the keys after three weeks I contacted Troy and he assured me once more they will send them, I could tell by way he talked about it on the phone, he must of forgot all about the set of keys. When after 10 days still no keys contacted Troy once more this time no reply. Then I went to Dealer customer service rep, Scott Hubbard, he assured me you will be getting keys definately. Once again, several days passed tried Scott again then now he wouldn’t answer my calls!!! So I contacted dealer Principle/Owner THREE times and he never replied at all to get me keys due to me! If an owner has no honor then usually people he hires will be poor representatives of any company! So today I called Troy once again, no remember, this is for a set of car keys, I got a good car, it had a few issues I was lied to about brakes being checked out but ended up having to put new brakes and rotors on the car the Saturday after purchasing car, Saturday 5/9/20. When mechanic put brakes on my car he asks me if I knew car was hit, front fenders and hood and bumpers were all replaced, was not told this and nothing on the car fax about damage to the car. I am actually checking it with CarFax to see if Performance Dodge could of removed accident info off the CarFax. So I would say to expect POOR customer service off this dealership, which is really a shame nowadays car dealership do everything to satisfy their customers. Buyer BEWARE especially if purchasing a used car here! More
